Come stay in this 2020 33 foot Camper/RV! Enjoy the luxury and adventures of camping without having to deal with all of the hassles of maintenance and setting up or tearing down. The camper is stored at my home blocks from downtown Emporia with power and water and sleeps 10. I am able to set it up at any of the nearby campsites for a setup fee. (call for details) Lake Melvern is only 30 miles from my home and I have a large 3 seat Jet Ski at the marina that can also be rented for $350 per day.

The front porch overlooks a farm field and timber. Walk our trails and skip rocks in Hill Creek. Enjoy the fire pit. Or jump on the Flint Hills Nature Trail - one of the longest rail trails in the US and a favorite for hiking and biking. The FIFA World Cup at Arrowhead is only 110 easy miles away.

Family Friendly Country Home within 10 minutes of downtown Emporia. This home sits back off the main highway just five miles north of Emporia on 12 acres. Please read: I live in the home, so closets / dressers are full. It's not fancy, but cozy and loved. On the edge of town, you get amazing sunset views. This one-stop-sign town is 7-10 miles from Emporia, small, and friendly. You are just blocks away from an amazing restaurant (Rolling Hills) and bar (Harry and Lloyds) - both the best in Lyon County. There is a gas station, bank, and liquor store very close, as well. You are about 10 minutes from a Wal-Mart and fast food.
