We do not have a "beach" but have water access from the rock shore and are near public launches and marinas. With its extra large windows this luxury but homey cottage was designed for star gazing and watching the sunset from the comfort off the living room or its beautiful 10 foot kitchen island.

This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.
