Apartment in house

The 45 m2 apartment is furnished for 2 to 4 people + baby. Minimum reservation of 2 nights. Located in Lyaud, in a village house (quiet and in the countryside) with private parking. It is located on the ground floor of our house with a small and a large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers (20m2). The entrance is private with a storage cupboard and pantry. The living room opens onto the terrace, it is equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table, carpet, a table and 4 chairs, a flat screen TV with box and wifi (fiber). The kitchen (equipped with crockery) is open to the living room and opens onto a small terrace at the front of the house. equipped with an oven, a microwave, induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a dining area with chair and bench seat. You will also find a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and an electric coffee maker. You will find a breakfast tray with tea and coffee, especially for short stays. The bathroom – WC is equipped with a towel radiator, a corner bathtub and a washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140/190) and a wardrobe. Bed and bathroom linen are provided. . Situation : Le Lyaud: 10 minutes from Thonon les Bains, 10km from Evian, 40km from Geneva, 1 hour drive from Annecy and Chamonix. Lausanne is 25 minutes by boat from the port of Thonon-les-Bains. Le Lyaud, village in the Hills of Lake Geneva. Close to amenities and shops in the center of the village of Armoy: on foot = 10 minutes and supermarket 5 minutes by car in Allinges. Lake Geneva is 10 minutes away: thermal cures are offered, you will find beaches, water sports... In the heart of Chablais for mid-mountain hikes. Hiking and mountain biking trail (GR5) Winter: First ski resorts 20 mins away (Habère Poche-Hirmentaz), For Bernex, Abondance 30 mins away, Les Portes du Soleil: Les Gets, Châtel 40 mins away, Morzine-Avoriaz 50 mins away min. Other remarks: . The apartment is non-smoking. . Pets are not allowed. . A deposit can be requested upon your arrival and returned upon your departure. . The apartment must be left clean and tidy. Cleaning will be charged €50 if the instructions are not respected. . Parties prohibited.

Located 10 minutes from Lake Geneva and 25 minutes from the ski slopes, the studio is located in a recent villa. Ideally located, on the edge of the town woods of Thonon. the recently furnished 25m2 studio is very well equipped and benefits from a small terrace. Thonon is a 5-minute drive away and the small shops in the village center are 3 km away. The entrance is independent, all the closets in the studio are available, except for the one in the entrance which contains personal belongings.
