Highly recommended!👍 We instantly fell in love with The Grayhouse Inn! 😍 The place is beautifully designed, spacious and kid-friendly—perfect for a big family or a barkada staycation. Everything you might need is provided, from kitchenware and dining essentials to bathroom supplies. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Every bedroom, along with the dining and living areas, is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and mamon—such a sweet touch! The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. We’re definitely hoping to return soon, God willing! Thank you! 🥰☺️

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

The place is very spacious especially the bathroom/toilet. The place is a bit far but it is usualy the same with all other airbnbs because of how Pampanga’s landscape. I’d say you really need a ride when you stay in Pampanga airbnbs but the subdivision that this airbnb is in has most stores for necessities. Check in was a breeze and they provided accruate information. The price is not justified BECAUSE I THINK THEY SHOULD CHARGE MORE because of how nice the place is :). But I’m not complaining 😏 Good parking area, good water and airconditioning. Beds are very clean. Complete amenities. Will book again if I visit Pampanga. ✨✨

We all slept peacefully after driving around Pampanga visiting churches. Thank you for providing the free ensaymada and coffee. We also appreciate being able to get essentials in the stock room. We'll definitely consider booking here when we visit Pampanga again.

Overall, our stay has been great! Place - clean ,fragrant, patio is spacious Kitchen - with stove, fridge, pots, pans, rice cooker, plates, bowls, and utensils Dining Area - indoor dining suitable for 6 pax, long table is provided in patio. Water dispenser available Bedroom - extra pillows, blankets and matresses were provided. With black out curtains and AC was cold. CR- Clean and with BIDET, outdoor shower also available. Only downside is no water heater Entertainment- wifi, netflix and videoke available Parking- street parking for 1 car only, you may also park at the playground Host - responsive with inquiries, Kuya Richard assisted us in finding a beach resort after our stay in the unit. Place suitable for friends and family with 8 pax. Will come back on our next stay!

Good place, clean and complete place to relax with the place even had hair dryer, rubber slippers, iron and ironing rack so that you can iron your clothes properly, also an electric washing machine. We enjoyed our stay in Baguio because we had a nice and clean transient to go home to. Mr. Shu is very responsive and accommodating. The transient is fully equipped from living room, kitchen and bedroom. We had a good stay at shu cozy homes.Definitely recommended. Mr.Shu is a great host.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Far listing lovely property, and it exceeded all my expectations! The place was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—just a short distance from the greenbelt, landmark, glorietta. I loved being able to explore the area easily and found some fantastic local restaurants thanks to Far recommendations. Far was a fantastic host! They were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the welcome basket, Like enjoying a sunset view, relaxing in a cozy nook, or having a great meal at a nearby restaurant]. It truly made my stay unforgettable. Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

Walter’s place is right on spot. Location, cleanliness, the area felt safe, homey. They even provided basic toiletries like tootbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap. I would definitely stay again if I visit the place. Though he didn’t let us extend for at least an hour esp that there are no guests coming after us, I totally understood. All in all, I would recommend Walter’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in SBMA.

Leah, Is very helpful and responsive. She guided us which made the check in process easy. She was even very accommodating allowing us to check in early. I really appreciated this gesture since the booking was for my parents which are both seniors. She even extended our stay for 2 days after we realized that we had to stay longer.
