Sunset 1 apartment is located 15 minutes walking from old town, 100m from seaside, in quite neighborhood. In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. We have a big garden, where you can enjoy in quite atmosphere and summer breeze.Place is good for couples,solo adventurers,business travelers,and families

Chic Waterfront 3F Studio in Historic Home w/ VIEW

This waterfront studio apartment occupies the entire top floor (three floors above the ground floor) in an historic stone home on Kotor Bay in the charming village of Muo. Swimming/sunning is available out in front of the apartment, and Old Town Kotor (the part inside the Medieval walls) is about a 25-minute walk. All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

✸ N&N Amazing Balcony View Apartment near the Sea✸

We are renting a newly comfortable one bedroom apartment with the balcony and one of the most stunning views on the Bay of Kotor. Its position is perfect for swimming and seaside walks. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary furniture and household appliances and a fast WiFi connection. Ideal for couples and families with kids. The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped. We are really doing our best to make your stay unforgettable, and we try to provide you nothing but great memories from this vacation!

Sea front nest

Sea front studio is ideal as the comfortable place for sleep over and breakfast at own terms for up to 3 people. This well used 22 m2 is ideal for a couple with a child or three young friends whose mind is set on exploring Montenegro. This fully functionally studio just arrived on the market in June 2022 after full renovation. Proximity of the small grocery store, ferry, two bus stops and three pebble beaches makes it a great sleepover place.

This private Waterfront Lux apartment is located in the most beautiful historical area of Bay of Kotor, in the center of the city, 30m from the beach. Around the apartment there are all the necessary facilities (shops, beach bars, post office, markets, cafes, bus station, marina for boats, Banja monastery).

Waterfront with extraordinary view

One of the 10 most wishlisted homes on Airbnb ever as shown in Airbnb's article "Where Everybody Wants to Stay: 10 of Our Most Wish Listed Homes" Right next to the Perast museum, our studio apartment has a spacious terrace with a magnificent view on the two most beautiful attractions of the Bay of Kotor: islands of Sv. Đorđe and Lady of the rocks.
