Georgian apartment, 9 acre garden & outdoor bath

This peaceful and private apartment comprises of the whole lower ground floor of a Georgian mansion house just off the A82 set in an incredible nine acre woodland garden with a riverside walk up to a beautiful loch. There is a spacious living room with wood burner and large kitchen with aga cooker and dining. The bathroom features a double ended bath and shower. Glasgow City centre, Glasgow Airport and Loch Lomond are within 15-20 minute drive from the house which has private, secure parking.

Charming Rural Barn Conversion near Edinburgh

Pretty country cottage all on ground floor; totally self-contained with own front door. It has a pretty patio area with bistro table and chairs to enjoy in good weather. Situated just 30 minutes from Edinburgh, 40 minutes from Glasgow by car and within easy reach of the Scottish Borders, the cottage makes the perfect base for exploring. Yet, despite its proximity to these key tourist attractions, the accommodation enjoys a quiet, rural location in South Lanarkshire, close to Biggar and Lanark.

Magical space in converted stable yard. Perfect for a romantic getaway but would also suit family/friends wanting to explore Perthshire/Scotland. Great base for exploring from.... within easy reach of many tourist destinations including 10/20 mins from the only two two-Michelin star restaurants in Scotland. Also an ideal place to stay if you just want to cook...get takeaways/ light a fire/watch Sky and go for occasional walks! High end decor throughout with geo-thermal underfloor heating

Cosy cottage

Cosy cottage has been fully refurbished in 2023 to a very high standard to give a first class experience to guests in the heart of the village, in a quiet location. The cottage is a few minutes walk from 2 great pub /restaurants, coffee shop and convenience store. Bus stop to Glasgow and neighbouring villages is also a few minutes. The location is great for Glasgow airport only 7 miles, loch Lomond is 20 miles away and the ferries on the coast are only 15 miles away that go to many islands.

Findlay Cottage in Loch Lomond

Situated in Loch Lomond National Park, Findlay Cottage is a perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy everything in this beautiful part of Scotland. We are situated on the John Muir way with plenty of walking and cycling routes. Findlay Cottage is the entirely separate annexe of our house with private entry, field and private parking. The Stable - cottage with a spectacular lake view

The Stable is a ground floor semi detached studio cottage situated in a private 40 acre estate with panoramic views of the Lake of Menteith, private covered porch, gas barbecue, freesat TV, DVD player, docking station and White Company linen. We have a corporate membership of Forrest Hills Hotel and Spa (c12 minutes drive from the cottage) which allows our guests access to their swimming pool, steam room, sauna and Spa and billiards room at no cost apart from individual spa treatments).

Stunning waterfront cottage on Loch Fyne

Escape to the aptly named Tigh Na Mara Cottage which in Gaelic means “at the edge of the sea”. This romantic cottage is a place to find your soul and escape the stresses of life. It sits right on the edge of Loch Fyne in the delightful fishing village of Newton. It has recently been fully refurbished and has unrivalled views over gorgeous Loch Fyne. You will be mesmerised by the shimmer of blue water through the windows. It’s also a short drive from the famous Inver Cottage Restaurant.

Beautiful period home on loch, wonderful views

Wonderful period home in the Scottish Highlands, in a stunningly special romantic location on Loch Earn. Perfect for a long holiday or short break with family or friends, a special celebration or even a honeymoon! Or just to enjoy beautiful scenery. Great for exploring - day trips in all directions. Easy to reach - 75 mins from Edinburgh. Lovely year round – in summer, sun and dining on the decking; in winter, walks and warming by the log fire. Wonderful views always!

1850s House with stunning views of the Gareloch

This 1850s character property consists of a shower room with WC, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom that can either be set up as single, twin or superking and shower room on the first floor, and a double bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor. Fully equipped modern kitchen complete with white goods, electric cooker and microwave. The living room/dining room has a large dining table to seat 6, a wood burning fire, smart tv, DVD player. There is also a seating area in the garden.
