Ederline Farm Cottage was completed in the spring of 2022 and we ran the property as a Guest House but we are now opening this property as luxury self catering cottage. Number 10, Cullipool, Isle of Luing

'Number 10' is located in the heart of the village of Cullipool, on the slate Island of Luing. It has been fully renovated recently. The original part of the building was built around 1800 with the extension being added in 1980. It was originally a 'but & ben' (2 rooms) built to house the workers of the slate quarries in Cullipool. The view from the garden speaks for itself with views across the Firth or Lorn to Mull. 'Number 10 has a lovely enclosed garden, the perfect place to relax.

The Bothy Suite is in the 'hidden village' of Slockavullin , delightfully rural but only 1 mile from the village of Kilmartin with Pub, museum and cafe. Temple Wood and the standing stones are in walking distance with the Crinan Canal a short drive or cycle. The guest accommodation does have a seperate entrance and the whole of the ground floor is for guest use with 2 double bedrooms and modern bathroom consisting of double width shower, sink and toilet. The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.
