Välkommen till KARINS RED COTTAGE. Huset är beläget intill väg 97, mellan Storklintens vintersportanläggning och staden Boden, (16 km från Boden,20 km från Storklinten). Inom 3 km från boendet finns möjlighet att hyra snöskoter, turridning med islandshästar, ponnyridskola, gym och guidade turer i vårt hjorthägn. Det finns ett varmgarage sammanbyggt med huset som kan användas som vallabod. Som gäst hos Karins R C har ni tillgång till egen strand med brygga där man kan bada och fiska.

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. På denna lilla ö är naturen och havet i fokus. Här finns inga vägar eller bilar, vilket gör att det råder ett behagligt lugn på ön. Upplev midnattssolen eller norrskenet. Sommartid sker den korta överfarten (400 meter) till ön med liten båt som ingår. Vintertid sker shuttle med snöskoter. Fin havsutsikt. Utomhus finns jacuzzi som håller 38 grader året runt. Det finns även en vedeldad bastu. Är ni 3 eller 4 personer så bor ni även i en separat sovstuga.
