Kuća ima prostranu travnatu okućnicu i besplatan natkriven parking. Kuća sadrži dnevni boravak, 2 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice, saunu, wc i kuhinju. U cijelom objektu dostupan je besplatni WI-FI. Vani vas čeka dvorište,koje uvijek ima hlada u vrućim ljetnim danima, te veliki roštilj. Kroz dvorište se prolazi na plažu, udaljenu svega 10 metara.
