My place is close to Parks, Tennis Court, Bowling Green, Library, Cafe/Shop/Restaurant, Lake, Walking/Biking Trails. Fifteen minutes to Wanaka.. Five minute walk to Lake. You’ll love my place because of the modern attractive apartment, and its close proximity to our wonderful neighbourhood. Enjoy the Lake and Mountain views from the local walking/biking trails.. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It has a single bed for the third person in the lounge area

A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

The cosy cabin with stunning view and private spa

This adorable and very warm winter cabin, with stunning views and spa, is part of our 25-acre property, located behind The Lookout Lodge, at the manager's residence. This rustic, cute cabin has a queen bed, and a separate private bathroom with an outside hot shower house just next to the cabin. There is also a private spa where you can enjoy amazing star gazing as you soak! You’ll love this cabin because of its unique location, awesome shower, stunning scenery, and taste of kiwi farm life.

The Guest House @ Cherry Tree Farm

Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

It has bed,dining,lounge with separate bathroom. Tea,coffee facilities an BBQ . Views under the apple tree out to hazelnut orchard. Close to Lake walks,bike tracks,fishing,supermarket, cafe,takeaway,garage. 15 mins to wanaka shops an eateries. Responsible dog owners welcome on approval. Owners house on site with 3 sociable terriers.

Maori Point Vineyard Cottage

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

Self contained, the apartment is very quiet, close to town, 2.3km from town centre (25 min walk or 5 min drive), private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TV, Netflix, heat pump warmth in winter and air conditioning in summer. Base camp, Cardrona Corner is just a two min walk , fancy popping out for a drink, snack/small meal/movie. Cardrona/TC ski fields 25 mins away. Come and enjoy!
