Two bedroom one bath clean, restored historic home in Lower Highland—LoHi—a family-friendly, safe, pleasant neighborhood. Great restaurants are within a quick and enjoyable walk. The Platte River jogging trail is just down the hill, and the central business district and Union station are a 1.5 mile easy walk through cute historic neighborhoods. Welcome to Oasis on the Park in Denver. Located in the beautiful Jefferson Park neighborhood. Every morning you will wake up to scenic views of the tree-lined Jefferson Park. This area borders Empower Field at Mile High stadium, home of the Denver Broncos football team (less than 5 minute walk). The Children's Museum of Denver, the Downtown Aquarium, and the Platte River Trail. You will find plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance or stay in for a cozy night in the Mile High City.

This is a basement suite in our home with private entry and all private spaces. We are two blocks from restaurants, breweries, and the entertainment of LoHi.
