Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! We are a half-mile from the closest grocery store, plenty of local restaurants and 20 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids. This bright and airy lakefront home in Lowell, Michigan (close to Grand Rapids) is the perfect getaway for families, friend groups, or anyone seeking relaxation, fun on the water, and cozy evenings by the fire. The house features 3 comfortable, spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the wraparound deck (with grill and fire pit) overlooking "the cove" where boats anchor for swimming and socializing. You have the option to rent pontoon boat as well!

So nice and peaceful, but minutes away from many restaurants, stores, Egypt Valley CC, Blythefield CC, Meijer Gardens, Cornerstone University, Calvin University, downtown Grand Rapids and the new Acrisure Amphitheater. The property is situated on spacious property near walking trails/parks. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate including pots and pans, toaster and keurig. This is a very light, bright and cozy place to stay!

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
