There are 5 major ski resorts close by. Zip lining, hiking, white water rafting, etc all within minutes of the cabin. Red Rocks Ampitheater approx 30 minutes. Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping

Storck's Nest Log Cabin

Storck's Nest is a log cabin located in beautiful Bailey, Colorado 300 yards away from the Mt Evans Wilderness Area/Pike National forest. Enjoy nearby hiking/snowshoeing trails, mountain biking & excellent fly fishing in the area. Located 1 hour SW of Denver off Hwy 285. This peaceful retreat is furnished with 2 queen beds, 1 XL twin bed, 2 full baths, full kitchen & laundry room. Starlink Wi-Fi is provided throughout the cabin. Dog friendly (2 maximum); addt'l $25 for each dog during stay.

Stay in a living ghost town! The Bread House is one of the original houses in Silver Plume, dating back to the 1880s. Recently remodeled, it's been brought back to life and we'd love to share it with you. The Bread House is a quiet, two-story house with plenty of space to spread out. It's a perfect respite after a day of skiing, hiking, rafting, or fishing, or just for a cozy getaway. We're located right off I-70 next to Georgetown, about 45 min from Denver, and 10 min to Loveland Ski Area.
