Senesa was a wonderful host. Nice bedroom with comfortable bed. Living room with comfortable couch and large table for desk. Fireplace. Washer and dryer available. She provided water, strawberries, orange juice, excellent coffee, and other snacks. Convenient location.

This basement apt was by far the best I have ever stayed at in Denver when visiting my sister for the past 8 years. Private entrance, very clean, your own space. Big kitchen with 2 bedrooms. Beds were so COMFY!! I will for sure book this place again and again!!

We came from Denver just to get away from the city and it was a perfect place, and the views was just amazing.

I stayed at Allison’s BnB for one month and had a very pleasant stay! The space was well stocked with everything I needed, it was very clean, and there was plenty of space to keep my things. The instructions to find the house and suite were extremely clear and easy to follow. Allison was very kind and responsive and made sure I had everything I needed while also giving me complete privacy. I will add that the dogs seemed friendly but would bark quite a bit as I would enter and leave the basement/BnB, but they were often kept on the other side of the house, and the space was usually quiet other than that. All in all, my stay went well and I would recommend this BnB if you don’t mind dogs and carrying belongings up/down a few stairs! I enjoyed my time there.

We felt right at home. We had a few pleasant conversations with Mary and Vern. Our schedule did not allow use of the back acreage but it was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again as we travel to Loveland several times a year. One note the WIFI did not work in the bedroom but did work in the main room.

Walked everywhere. A plethora of restaurants in easy walking distance. Portia checked in to make sure everything was fine. Perfect place for two. Made sure we knew to check road conditions when we left which was very thoughtful!

Great weekend stay in Denver as a couple with my sister and a dog. Location was beautiful surroundings, little walkway connecting to trails at the end of the street.

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and that alone made it an exceptional experience. You could tell the host takes incredible pride in keeping the space spotless. Every surface, room, and detail was immaculately maintained, which gave us so much peace of mind during our stay. While the extra touches like snacks and supplies were very thoughtful and appreciated, it was the level of cleanliness that truly stood out and made this place feel like a cut above the rest. We felt completely comfortable and cared for from the moment we walked in. I can’t recommend this place enough if cleanliness is a top priority for you!

This was the perfect place for visiting all my major locations in Colorado. The place was so cute and I felt right at home. They have everything you could need for amenities. The hosts are quick to respond and gave great local recommendations. I would definitely stay again for my next visit!

It was a lovely place in a good area that wasn’t a far walk from multiple restaurants and even public transportation. We were only there for a couple of days but we felt right at home!

our stay was pleasant and comfortable. it was refreshing to stay at a place that’s surrounded by mountains , pine trees and liked the frequent visits from deers !!

I will be back, it was great place. It looked exexactly like the pictures or even better😇 It was my 1st time in Colorado and just because of this place I had the most pleasant stay, I went about my business and didn't have to worry about anything else. Within walking ddistance to Coors Field, Convention Center, and just behind the convention center the Ball Arena. Just used 2 Ubers. From the airport 7 bucks to Union and them 7 bucks Uber (because of suitecase) to Paula's. Thanks Paula.

The place was very clean and organized. It had that feeling of home. Quiet area when I communicated with Eileen that I was going to be coming in late at night she volunteered to turn the lights on. I have no concerns. I will stay there again. Highly recommended.

Super stylish and clean! We loved the private patio with the (French?) windowed doors. The mini kitchen is exactly as described, and there are little labels telling you important information ("coffe is in the closet" on the coffee maker. There is a coffee shop right next door if you don't feel like making your own coffee😁). The games are a nice touch, the fireplace was cozy, and we appreciated the white noise machine. There is a curtain separating the living room from the bedroom, which worked for us because we are friends since childhood, but it doesn't offer much privacy. If you are sleeping on the sofa bed you must go past the bedroom to get to the bathroom. It was perfect for us, and a good value.

Really enjoyed my stay, highly recommended to anyone coming to Denver for a few days. The neighborhood is nice, the unit is comfortable, and Sharon is a wonderful host.

Doreen is an excellent host - she has carefully thought of all things to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - her guest suite is extremely clean and comfortable and outfitted with great amenities . We highly recommend staying with her.

We drove from Virginia to Ft. Collins to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who is working on her doctorate at CSU. This was only a couple of blocks away from her house. Becky and Ryan were very friendly and super responsive. It felt just like home. If we came back we’d stay again.

Easy to find and close to the highway for the directionally challenged, namely me. Our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating for our humongous dog. A truly beautiful space we were very fortunate to find. Thanks, y’all!

Very cool place with great places for coffee and food in walking distance. Seth was great at communicating and helpful with check in and out.

We enjoyed our stay near Brighton. Felt like a home away from home after we got settled in. We took full advantage of the full kitchen during our stay as well as the washer and dryer. Great amenities to have! Convenient parking right outside the door is a great perk. Will definitely look to stay here again when we're in the area.

Upon arrival, the house was easy to find, about 11 minutes from the airport. Host sent message with the code and asked if it was anything else that we needed. The private entrance was easy to access, once inside, the apartment was just beautiful and was very clean and cozy. The pictures online doesn’t do it justice. It was spotless and did I say cozy. I will definitely use this space the next trip back and would definitely recommend this home for a great stay.
