Great location minutes from both Estes Park and RMNP. Had all the amenities we were looking for. This does sit very close to a busy road but it made for easy access and there wasn't much traffic at night when sleeping.

The chalet was just like the pictures. It was very clean. Every electronic worked well and Rocky was very responsive and friendly during our communications. I’d definitely stay here again

Our stay was wonderful. Erinn was very kind, leaving us eggs from her chickens for us to have breakfast. We recommend this location 100%, very close to restaurants, everywhere in Estes and the parks. Beautiful views, beautiful sunrise with different visits of animals. Thank you Erinn for making our stay very pleasant.

They had a fire at the place we originally booked but they worked to accommodate us and our staywas great. We appreciated the kitchens and the closeness to the entrance of RMNP. We would stay with them again and would recommend them to others.

My family & I met here for Christmas. The home was so peaceful & quiet, although it was a bit hard to find the first time in the dark. It was worth it! The kids loved the hot tub, & the area had lots of fun things to explore! Thanks, Robert for your part in our great Christmas!

Beautiful mountain chalet for a gathering of friends. Extremely detailed instructions ahead of time so felt well taken care of at every turn. Gorgeous views. Lovely home. Excellent host. Definitely recommend. Note that there is only one private bedroom. The other two beds are upstairs in a loft overlooking the living room. Not much privacy up there but comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Perfect for our family CSU graduation trip. We had a great time hiking, playing ping pong and billiards and cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen. We even had time to watch a movie in the movie room. The house is a bit out of the way from CSU but the trade-off was a nice, quiet, scenic location. We also got a little lost finding the place but otherwise it was a wonderful home away from home.

This beautiful and spacious lake home has been thoughtfully updated and supplied. Our large family had plenty of space to spread out, and plenty of break-proof dish and glassware. The bedrooms upstairs are lovingly crafted for childhood adventurers, although they might be a little challenging for unrelated couples since they all, but one, share the same open area. Thankfully, our family enjoys each other's company, especially when first thing in the morning we could watch the lake together. Obviously, generations of kids and grandkids have been lovingly entertained in this space. The grounds are generous and lovely. We enjoyed cozying up to the fireplace while watching Canadian geese and several flocks of ducks land on the water to rest along what we assumed were their traditional migratory paths. In conclusion, we enjoyed our Thanksgiving retreat at the Lake Chalet with its spectacular view of Lake Loveland and the front range so much we had a hard time saying goodbye.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental in Nederland. The house had plenty of space for 4+ guests, the kitchen was modern and well-stocked and the game room and hot tub were extra bonuses that our teenagers enjoyed. We had a few small issues with the kitchen faucet but Kirk was very responsive and quick to respond with our questions. Even brought us an extra fan to help circulate air in the bedrooms. We travel to the Nederland area most summers and love the little town and it's quirky restaurants and wonderful hiking spots.

We had a fantastic time at Eric’s for our honeymoon. The house was stunning and the 360° views of the surrounding areas were breathtaking. We unfortunately got hit with unexpected snow so didn’t get to enjoy the lake as we planned but Eric had all the amenities to do so, had the weather cooperated. We would love to stay here again in the future.
