Family-Friendly Ranch Retreat with a Stunning Pool

Let the kids practice cannonballs off the diving board while the adults lounge in the pavilion with cocktails. The outdoor lifestyle is what this place is all about. The beautiful deck, pool, and hot tub are over the top and the views are simply gorgeous. The property features a wet weather creek and reservoir that attracts turkeys, ducks, wild boar, and deer. Take a hike, a dip, then head to the brewery for some R&R... your perfect day awaits. All four bedrooms have 50" HDTV's and there is a 70" monster screen in the living room so if you want to stay inside and watch the game (DirectTV/NFL Sunday Ticket!) or get caught up on work (satellite internet), you're covered. In addition to having all the major pay-for movie channels like HBO and Showtime, we also have a great DVD library for the film buffs out there. Hanging out by the fire pit is a great way to cap off a day and don't forget to break out the s'mores. The house is outfitted with high end appliances across the board and even seasoned chefs will find themselves well equipped in our kitchen or at the helm of our state of the art grill. The home is filled with lots of interesting original artwork and the grounds surrounding are serene and picturesque. Located less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin, you get the best of both worlds. Private estate with ~1,500 feet of frontage on Little Blanco River (usually dry due to drought). Oversized windows look onto the ancient oak forest, with 20 acres of private hiking. Lavish pool & jacuzzi, large patio with fire pit and barbecue for outdoor dining under large tree canopy. 3 private bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, plus bonus room (off the master room) with triple bunk for kids or adults. Additional pull out queen sofa bed and an extra bathroom. Quiet, exclusive and peaceful!

Newly remodeled lake house with wrap around deck and gorgeous views of Canyon Lake. In a quiet neighborhood, this home is lovely and full of character. It includes a charming wood burning stove and wrap around deck, along with all the modern conveniences you'll need for a great vacation It is 2BR/2BA w/ flex room (sleeps up to 10 people) and comfortable office nook. Outside features include a 50-amp RV hook-up, fire pit and newly converted garage to game room with pool table & bar lounge.

Enjoy bright mornings in this beautiful, spacious family home. 9 minutes to DT, SOCO, Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores & Lake Austin. Insta-worthy decor! Grill some steaks or sit around the fire pit & play corn hole while the kids play in the treehouse. Enjoy a movie in the cozy, comfy family room or have a fancy night in front of the fire glass fireplace. If you need some alone time head out to the bungalow office/library. We have beds for 7 but if your family is larger contact us.

Newly Constructed and Furnished Home with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms with an Indoor Fireplace. Fitted with Remote Control Ceiling Fans for the Bedrooms and Living Room as Well as a Smart Lock for the Front Door. Brand New Kitchen with a Connected Dining Area and Great View of the Backyard. Near Kalahari Resort and Round Rock Outlets. Unfortunately there is no cable Internet at this location offered, so we use satellite wifi, which is known to be a bit slower. **NO EVENTS**
