Forced central air and heat (not common in NM so a big bonus!) Tucked into a neighborhood, breathe and relax once at the very quiet house. 5 mins to ABQ Uptown shopping centre (TJ’s, Apple, etc.) Wyoming lined with restaurants, 9 mins to the foothills for hiking or biking, 9 mins to UNM & Nob Hill Area and 10 minutes or so from the airport.

Welcome to our quiet studio, in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in Nob Hill. It's a 5-10 minute walk to eclectic shopping, dining and entertainment. It's a 4-5 minute drive to UNM, Pope Joy Hall, CNM; 12-15 minute drive to Old Town, Albuquerque BioPark, Museums; 4 minutes to I-25 and 7 minutes to the airport! The space was recently a workshop for furniture building; before that, a carport! We've had so much fun creating a living space from this old garage. It's a pleasure to share it!

Cozy Farmhouse Camper

Come stay at our 2-acre hobby farm with a wonderful view of the rolling Sandia Mountains. Located about 25 minutes from Albuquerque, it’s a great place to stay outside of the city. Our farm-style camper has all you need for a cozy getaway, including a small kitchen with a mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave. Sleep on the comfy full-sized bed and folding cot bed. Our farm has goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, dogs, cats, and 2 little pigs! Sample our fresh goat milk and eggs by request!

Southwest Tiny Cabin

Our modern southwest home includes four spacious bedrooms, two full spa like bathrooms, a walk in shower in one a bathtub in the other and five common areas. 2600 sq ft for family reunions or a large retreat with friends. An updated kitchen with all the amenities to create that Thanksgiving dinner. Attached to the kitchen is a large dinning room that seats 8. A keurig and pods completes the coffee bar. Pets are welcome, NO additional fee.

Our newly renovated backyard is a haven of relaxation, featuring a gazebo, deck, and a play structure for little ones!
