EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels through satellite, Roku streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker (free of charge) are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the on-site parking area (which also includes an accessible parking spot). There are two charging stations for electric vehicles (one universal station and one Tesla station) in the parking area. This newly built studio apartment (Winner of 2019 Historic Preservation Award) is a centrally located accommodation for guests who love to walk or for those who want to have a more urban experience in Santa Fe. We are equidistant to the Railyard District, Canyon Road, and the Downtown Historic Plaza. It is about a 15 minute walk to each from the apartment. Due to its location, this unit does get a fair amount of street noise and also, there is no oven, only a small toaster oven for countertop.
