Gelegen op het kindvriendelijk Kijkduinpark, met binnenzwembad, 600 meter van het strand, 1 km via duinen naar de gezellige boulevard van Kijkduin, 9km naar het centrum van Den Haag, mooie fietsroutes naar Delft, Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Balistyle guesthouse (incl Hottub) near Amsterdam

The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Activities nearby: SnowPlanet, a golfcourse, horse riding, harbour and water activities. Bus 382 stops nearby. Ruigoord is close. Beautiful Bali-style design. We have an outdoor trampoline.

De goed ingerichte keuken en zitkamer en aparte royale slaapkamer en badkamer zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigen privé opgang (via de buitenkant van het huis). De jacuzzi kan alleen door u gebruikt worden. Parking op eigen terrein.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Spot zeehonden of wilde flamingo's! Twee grote Jachthavens. Kindvriendelijk huis, afgelopen jaren helemaal gerenoveerd. Alles is inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken, keukendoeken, airco, gas en elektra. In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. It is an ideal place for a holiday with family and friends. Here, you can enjoy a luxurious, active and relaxing holiday.

Mooi chalet, vrijstaand in onze achtertuin met verwarmd zwembad (ca mei-1 oktober). Veel privacy en warm ingericht. Prachtige ligging in Santpoort Zuid nabij stranden van Bloemendaal, Zandvoort en Ijmuiden. Aan de ingang van de Kennemerduinen. Ook op fietsafstand: de beste winkelstad van Nederland Haarlem met zijn vele restaurants en gezellige kroegen. Goed bereikbaar met de trein en slechts 30 minuten van Amsterdam Centrum.
