Briar Lane House offers country homestead accommodation in the heart of historic Evandale village. Situated on 5 acres, amongst manicured gardens, we are the perfect base from which to explore Northern Tasmania, or just rest and unwind. Breakfast provisions are provided including bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, a selection of cereals and jams. There is also a second house at Briar Lane which houses Suites 1 and 2. Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay!) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however portacot , inflatable toddler mattress and camp bed for children are available on request. We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

Tarcombe House is close to the centre of historic Deloraine with it's art & craft shops, antique shops, cafes, supermarket and gorgeous Meander River walks. Perfectly situated for the annual Deloraine Craft Fair and many other tourist attractions. It is cosy and very comfortable making it a perfect getaway for 1 or 2 couples travelling together. Each bedroom has it's own private ensuite. Deloraine is close to Launceston and Devonport and Cradle Mountain.
