Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

There is a small Patio area outside this unit with its own Barbeque. This unit has a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and electric non stick frypan. Television, with Netflix, and free wifi.
