Kompletne zrekonštruovaný historický kamenný dom, ktorý postavil zakladateľ obce Anton Motyčka v roku 1831, dom má prízemie a 2 poschodia, s celkovou obytnou plochou 190 m2 , 4 samostatné spálne a 2 kúpelne s WC. Na prízemí je kompletne zariadená kuchyňa vrátane umývačky riadu, elektrickej rúry a mikrovlnnej rúry. Zariadenie domu je v dobovom štýle. Presklenný vstupný gánok a záhrada k dispozícii len pre hostí Grilovanie a ohnisko pred domom iba pár metrov od vodnej nádrže a nádherného potoka.

The two bedroom A-frame house was remodeled in 2022. The space offers beautiful views of nature and the night sky from the large window in the master bedroom. Travelers will enjoy unique playful interiors. The tiny house is surrounded by forests but only few minutes from the historical downtown of Banska Bystrica. The spacious garden has a firepit and grill.
