The villa consists of 2 separate flats; The ground flat has a large kitchen + living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upper flat also a large kitchen + living room, 2 balconies, a terrace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 swimming pools, a summer kitchen and an outdoor grilling area

In the courtyard, on the southern side there are the spacious swimming pool and a covered terace with barbeque and as of 2018 a multifunctional playground for tennis, and football.The centre of Imotski with shops, restaurants, post office and doctor's office is located 5 km away.

The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!
