nice stay, perfect for 2 people on our 6 day trip. small but good for sleeping and encourages you to go out and explore the island.

This was our 2nd stay, but the 1st with a group of 6 so we rented the full property. It should be noted that if you sleep in the back room in the 1st apartment, you will have to share access through your room to the pool. The house is about an 8 min drive to the airport and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of her property. Walmart is a 15 min drive and Old San Juan and La Placita (great for bar hopping) are all about 20 min drive away. The beaches and restaurants are pretty much EVERYWHERE so, just do a bit a research, pick your faves and head out! Ana's ability to accommodate us thus far has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anything we've needed she was able to get for us and then some. It happened to be a birthday trip and she was kind enough to gift us some pastries from her favorite local bakery with a sweet handwritten message. The little touches like THAT which will keep us coming back. She's like family to us! Thank you a million times, Ana!

Excelente alojamiento, muy cómodo, limpio y cerca de varias localidades. Manuel fue un excelente anfitrión muy cordial y atento. Lo recomiendo al 100% si desea tener una de las mejores estadías este es el alojamiento indicado.

The house and property were beautiful, clean and as described. We had such a wonderful time and felt at home. highly recommend and we plan on returning

Sumamente tranquilo la casa hermosa y en un lugar privado mi esposo y yo la pasamos de maravilla. Ojo la casa queda bien arriba cerquita del yunque es sumamente frio pero agradable y bueno para dormir. Nos toco un fin de semana lluvioso pero en los Kioskos de luquillo se pasa super bien!

This house was a great break from San Juan! We enjoyed taking lots of pictures of endemic birds as there were quite a few lifers for us and even an iguana hanging out in the trees. Host was extremely responsive and stopped by to help us when we needed it. She even sent us pictures of the bathrooms ahead of time so we could determine what kind of mobility equipment to bring. Our kids loved playing in the pool. One end is deep but there were plenty of pool noodles and even a small life jacket. Lots of beach toys to build sand castles, snorkels and fins, chairs, and umbrellas. Beds were comfy and there are AC units in each of the bedrooms. Please note that there isn't hot water but there are heating elements above each of the showers to help make the water warm. House is really breezy when you open all the windows and we loved the coquis at night. If we are ever in Puerto Rico, we will definitely consider staying here again! As soon as you open the door, you will be taken back by the breathtaking view in front of you, the studio is perfect. In every way, it has everything you need. The host is very nice and responsible, and even suggested several local places, you can walk around to bars and restaurants. You’re literally on the beach with your own private little section. But 10/10 we will be back.

We loved our stay at Rosemary’s Airbnb. Highly recommend. Great location and amazing views from balcony. Washer and dryer inside the unit makes you feel at home.

Perfect location for everything and check in/out was so easy! Loved the apartment and the atmosphere, I really felt at home! My questions were answered pretty quickly and I would definitely recommend this stay for first timers in Puerto Rico, it was perfect!

Pat is a exceptionall host. Super responsive and accommodating. She even delivered a small blender for us to use during our stay:)The Bed was firm and supportive. The location is very walkable and near many conveniences. Also very safe with security gates and a night guard. There was quite a bit of noise from street and traffic as it's a busy tourist area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and loved having the lagoon right in the back yard! And a beach right across the street!

Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful view from the villa and it’s a corner suite which was nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Scootering to OSJ was so easy and convenient. The little local restaurant nearest the villas is so yummy-“tropical souvenirs”. Easy to communicate with hosts. 15min from airport. Everything was great! Would totally stay again.

Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

Great place to stay. We stayed here for 9 days and we loved the location and the condo itself. The condo looks exactly like the photos. The beds and air conditioning were very good. The location is walking distance to all the restaurants, and Ubers are super cheap in the area. Wifi is good. Maricruz was very friendly and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Great spot, we were first timers in Puerto Rico. It was close to where we needed things to be. Space was clean and comfortable!
