Relax with your family and friends at this peaceful retreat. Located on quiet Shawnee Island @ Indian Lake, this 2 bed/2 bath is situated on a large lot with a fire pit, Cabana, and Boat Dock. While the home is not waterfront, there is access to a semi-private grassy area with our own dock & lake access for easy launch of kayaks or your other water toys. Within walking distance to Cranberry restaurant and great fishing spots. Moundwood State Park & Marina has public Boat Ramps and Kayak Launch.

Small Town Feels - King Bed - Hot Tub

Relax at this peaceful and comfortable Bellefontaine home. Main floor has 3 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, dining room, and a living room. Basement offers another bedroom area within the living room, full bath and large laundry room. Fully fenced in backyard with a hot tub, patio and fire pit. Inviting porch to sit and take in the beautiful small-town neighborhood, 15 minutes to Indian Lake and Mad River Mtn. House trained dogs welcome only $50 fee. NO CLEANING FEE if you clean up after yourself.

Little Blue Bungalow - Amazing Views + Boat Dock!

Gorgeous Lake Views and Boat Dock. Luxurious well appointed bungalow with gorgeous 180 degree lake views. Freshly remodeled down to the studs and professionally designed/decorated. Enjoy indoor/ outdoor living on the huge patio with lots of seating, gas grill & chiminea. Close to lakeview harbor boat launch, Indian Lake state park , bars, restaurants, breweries & other local attractions. Bring your boat and use the dock across the street. This is a perfect location for your stay at the lake!

Water-Front/canal Key West Style Boathouse w/bikes

Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.

Quaint Cottage by Indian Lake

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located cottage! Recently updated features with renovated kitchen and all new furniture, including new beds and new living room couch. A short walk to Jac N Do's Pizza or Indian Lake Brewing Company after a fun day on the lake. Perfect for a couples getaway or a family vacation. Many guests have also stayed for a couple of weeks or a month as an affordable midterm rental when working in the area.
