Enjoy a private studio retreat beneath our house in tranquil eastern Toowoomba with it's own off-street parking. Located near schools and parks, and a short distance to the city, it’s perfect for dining, shopping, and outdoor activities. The studio features a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster), smart TV, books, games, a queen sized bed, and an optional sofa bed. The compact bathroom includes a shower, basin and toilet. Ideal for short or extended stays in a peaceful space.

Our newly renovated home in Toowoomba city is walking distance to the CBD, parks, cafes, major shopping centres. Our property is also under 1km distance to Toowoomba Base hospital. We have set the property up with your family in mind and can accomodate your furry friends(outside only) We also offer a comfortable space for the busy professional with a dedicated workspace available. For those that enjoy the chance to sit outside to relax, we have outdoor seating at the front & back of the house

Piemaker's Rest

'Piemaker's Rest', originally home to a baker of memorable pies, is a studio apartment on the ground floor of our home. Your accommodation includes a separate keyed entrance, private terrace, bathroom, small kitchen and open plan sleeping space. Access is through the garden, including some steps. Coffee shops, parks, and a convenience store are within one km, grocery shops are within two kms. Bushwalking trails, TAFE, St Vincent's hospital, and the Saturday Farmers Markets are close by.

The Teahouse - Queen's Park, Quiet, Pool

The Teahouse is literally the perfect home away from home where you can relax in comfort and style. Enjoy the entire space in this beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Located in East Toowoomba, a short walk to Queens Park, Toowoomba CBD and many tempting cafes and restaurants. Fully renovated with new furnishings including extensive kitchenware and cookware items to help make your stay easier. The Teahouse is fully airconditioned and heated for your comfort, no matter the weather conditions.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.

Close to all of your Toowoomba events, this quiet, spacious, studio is amongst nature on the Toowoomba escarpment. It has beautiful views of the Lockyer Valley and distant mountain ranges. It's just 4 min drive to Gabbinbar Homestead, 8 min to the Uni of South Qld and 10 min to the Toowoomba town centre. Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer.

Situated on a 40 acre property nestled at the base of a hill, the cabin delivers stunning views looking over the Lockyer Valley and onto the hills of Lockyer National Park. The cabin is set 100 metres away from the main house providing privacy plus easy road access & convenient parking right at the door. The side by side cabin is joined by a deck where you can enjoy the view and the incredible sunrises/sunsets whilst watching the wallabies graze. On the property is a horse and cattle.

Modern CBD Apartment - Fully Self-Contained

Located in the centre of Toowoomba's CBD, our apartment is in walking distance to Toowoomba's thriving nightlife, as well as public amenities such as the Grand Central shopping centre, Queens Park, Toowoomba Library and many others. Facilities include a fully functioning kitchenette, free Wifi and Netflix, air-conditioning and secure underground parking to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment complex also gives you access to an onsite gym, pool, BBQ area and laundry.

Gumnut Cottage

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

'Great Divide' Modern studio

Clean and new self contained studio. Walking distance to cafes and shops is 1km and takes 15 minutes. PLEASE NOTE that this studio unit is under our family home so the sounds of life will be heard within its walls. We welcome guests who don't mind hearing human chatter and footsteps and ask that you feel comfortable to do the same. The unit has its own external private entrance and no access to the rest of the house. Fully equipped kitchen.

Mount Lofty Private Guest Studio

Private guest house situated at the back of our property. Nestled amongst a 50 year old Mulberry tree, with access to a large private, secure back yard with outdoor seating. Walking distance to the CBD (3km), Close to Toowoomba’s elite private schools. Enjoy a leafy 1.5km walk to Queens Park, home of the Carnival of Flowers in September or ride your bike on some of the local bike trails.
