C'est le meilleur AIRBNB que j'ai réservé ! la terrasse avec vue sur la mer est incroyable. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très disponibles (on a leurs coordonnées une fois la réservation effectuée) . L'appartement est très confortable. 35 minutes pour aller à Split en voiture et 15 minutes pour aller à Omis. La route pour monter à l'appartement est un peu raide. On peut descendre au bord de l'eau en 10 minutes de marche. Le dîner avec coucher de soleil est magnifique ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Dugi Rat is a beautiful place with amazing beaches in the centre of town with small pebbles and great access to the sea. It is a smaller town that is bordered by a main road - which is the only downside. The road is very frequented and there is a lot of noise, even at night when nobody is keeping the speed limit. However, if you closed all the windows, the noise was bearable and you could sleep. Nevertheless, sitting on the beautiful terrace of the apartment overlooking the sea in the evening had its moments when you couldn't hear what the person next to you was saying. Apartment very spacious, clean and modernly equipped. Location in a great location, beach almost in front of the house. The "best beach" with small pebbles within walking distance of about 10 minutes. Communication with the owner and his family was great, the landlady gave us a bowl of local fruit on arrival and the host gave us a bottle of homemade sherry on departure. We will drink to their health! The apartment provided not only space to sleep but also facilities for a family with children. Lots of space in all rooms, good Wi-Fi, private parking. I can only recommend and we thank the owner for the wonderful time we had in his property.

Marija ist eine großartige und sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Saft und Trauben warteten im Apartment auf uns.Alles lief reibungslos. Zum Abschied gab es eine Falsche Wein und frische Lorbeerenblätter. Das Apartment liegt oben auf dem Berg, es ist eine kleine schmale und Straße die hinauf führt. Einen Parkplatz gibt es 1min fahrt vom Apartment entfernt. Das Apartment Maurice liegt im 2 Stock. Es hat ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, die Couch ist sehr bequem durch den Topper fühlt es sich wie ein richtiges Bett an, außerdem gibt es eine Kleine Küchenzeile wo Kleinigkeiten zubereitet werden können alles war sehr sauber. Das Schlafzimmer was groß genug ist, das Bett war bequem. Das Highlight des Apartments ist der große Balkon mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Brac. Der Strand unten an der Straße ist super schön, sauber und nicht überfüllt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und das Apartment jedem weitempfehlen.

Merci Aki et Edwin pour la mise à disposition de votre magnifique appartement avec une vue splendide sur toute la baie et la mer Adriatique et la très belle île de Brac ! Nous avons adoré y séjourner ! L'appartement est très confortable, il nous a même semblé plus grand que sur les photos publiées ! La literie est excellente, la cuisine parfaitement équipée, la terrasse privée où l'on peut se reposer ou prendre les repas est bien aménagée et dispose d'une vue incroyable, les équipements (table et chaises, BBQ à gaz, chaises longues, lit extérieur, douche extérieure, etc...) et la piscine sur le toit-terrasse commun sont très appréciables. Tout est très propre. L'environnement est résidentiel et très calme en prenant de la hauteur depuis la route côtière. La rue devant est peu fréquentée et monte jusqu'à un petit village traditionnel plein de charme et à un très bon restaurant. La vue là-haut est merveilleuse. Je recommande à 100% ! Nachdem unser Navi uns erstmal am falschen Haus "rausgeschmissen" hat (2 Hausnummer zu früh an einem Haus ohne Hausnummer🙈 und es war auch schon dunkel als wir ankamen), hat es über den AirBNB Chat gut geklappt mit Mia zu kommunizieren und das richtige Haus zu finden. Wir wurden von einem Familienmitglied in Empfang genommen, alles wurde gezeigt und im Kühlschrank wartete Bier & Wasser auf uns. Die Wohnung ist toll und entsprach den Erwartungen, besonders der Blick vom Balkon ist ein echtes Highlight. Aufgrund der Berglage ist der Weg zum Strand besonders bei den heißen Temperaturen schon etwas beschwerlich,aber das haben wir ja gewußt. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls unten an der Hauptstraße vorhanden und hat alles was man so braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und vorallem die Ruhe genossen. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung.

Ob prihodu nam je gostitelj ponudil welcome drink - rakijo! Lokacija je super, blizu centra in ima res super razgled. stanovanje je zelo prostorno, 3 spalnice in 2 kopalnici. Na voljo smo imeli tud super, čisto nov, plinski žar. Manjkala je malo boljša oprema za žar. Kuhinja je dobro opremljna, pribora je dovolj, na voljo je bilo vse od čistil, vrečk za smeti, tablet za pomivalni stroj itd. Imeli smo tudi dostop do garaže kjer smo spravili naše MTB kolesa in tudi cev za vodo je bila zunaj, da smo jih lahko oprail. Zelo zelo dobra izkušnja!

Mein Freund und ich haben die Unterkunft für 2 Tage gemietet und wir waren absolut begeistert! Die Wohnung ist makellos. Wunderschön eingerichtet, hell und sauber!! Der Außenbereich (Terrasse )ist schön geschützt, so dass keine Nachbarn einen beobachten können. Slavko ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse mit Steigung, ohne Wendemöglichkeit, nur zur Info falls mit einem großen Auto angereist wird. Parkplätze sind aber durchaus vor der Sackgasse zu finden. Wir waren begeistert! - Danke Slavko !

We stayed nearly 10 days in this nice appartment -> Everything was great with this house. Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized. The beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows were clean. The location is fantastic, we were able to do everything we wanted including walking to the beach in 10 min. Would recommend this appartment to everyone and maybe someday we can come back. We also loved the fact that Jure checked in with us to make sure we were OK and if we needed anything. To me that is great customer service most places you never hear from anyone.

Jesteśmy bardzo miło zaskoczeni i zadowoleni , w mieszkaniu czysto, wszystko nowe , aż pachniało świeżością . Były dostępne wszystkie przybory kuchenne i inne potrzebne akcesoria. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, Pani na miejscu bardzo pomocna , życzliwa, zawsze uśmiechnięta . Bardzo ciepło nas powitano . Nie było z niczym problemów. Serdecznie polecamy i dziękujemy ! Warto tutaj zawitać :)

Superbe séjour dans cet appartement. Igor est très sympathique et très réactif. L'appartement est très propre. La literie est de très bonne qualité et les oreillers très moelleux!!;). On y a tous bien dormi!!!! Vous serez surpris de cette vue incroyable depuis la terrasse. Le temps s'arrête!!! Un emplacement parfait pour profiter de Omis, Split et les autres spots de la Croatie. Vous trouverez tous les commerces à plus ou moins 20 mn pour les courses du quotidiens, ce qui est pratique pour partir en famille. Une belle petite plage familiale en bas vous attendra. Moins de 10mn à pied, ce qui est bien pratique car peu de place pour stationner la voiture. Un vrai atout!!! Les parents d'Igor sont toujours souriants et bienveillants malgré la barrière de la langue;) Une adresse et un contact que je garderai. Allez-y en toute tranquillité et profitez de cet endroit! Je garde ce contact pour une prochaine fois.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet, was das Kochen zu einem Vergnügen gemacht hat. Zusätzlich hat uns die Gastgeberin Essen und Trinken zur Verfügung gestellt, was eine sehr angenehme Überraschung war. Der große, private Pool war ein Highlight – mit Dusche, 5 Liegen und einer tollen Lounge mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile, inklusive Kaffeemaschine. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ausreichend für alle Gäste vorhanden und es gab sogar Waschmittel für Spül- und Waschmaschine. Alles war genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war super praktisch. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, fragte regelmäßig nach unserem Befinden und antwortete schnell und zuverlässig auf unsere Fragen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Branka was ready for us on our arrival late at night which was very helpful for us. The living area was amazing with lots of different spots to relax. The surrounding area was filled with things to do and places to eat and drink. Branka also gave us lots of vegetables to cook with from her garden. The electricity cut out a few times which was inconvenient but outwith Branka’s control. Would 100% stay again as there was very little to fault.

Very clean and comfortable. We will return next time we come to Imotski.

Skvělé ubytování. Byli jsme zde s dvěma malými dětmi a vše v pořádku. Ubytování kousek od moře, přístup na pláž než problémů. Bar na pláži. Kousek po promenádě další bary a hospoda (jen je to cesta těžší pro kočárek - kamínky). Kousíček od ubytování malý obchod. Klidné místo i přes fakt, že u ubytování je silnice. V noci auta téměř nejezdila. Vybavení bytu bylo skvělé. Ivan i jeho maminka byli k ruce, cokoli jsme potřebovali, nebyl problém. V půlce pobytu jsme dostali čisté povlečení a ručníky. Jedinou nevýhodou byli komáři - doporučuji se proti nim vybavit. Ale za to majitel nemůže. 😉 Měli jsme možnost využít gril, co bylo super a využili jsme. Děkujeme.

Sehr schön Wohnungund auch wirklich sehr sauber. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Alles in allem wirklich toll. Kleiner Nachteil ist der Metzger unten im Haus der ziemlich früh arbeitet und das Kinder oben drüber wohnen die etwas Lärm verursachen. Aber das wäre für uns kein Grund dort nicht mehr zu buchen.

Perfect apartment with amazing view, parking, kitchen with full equipment and air condition ;) huge Tarrace with jacuzzi for lazy evenings. few minutes to the sea by walk and about 10 minutes by car to the sand beach in Duće. Host is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended! :)

Es war ein Traum!! Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur jedem Empfehlen der einen Ort zum abschalten und ruhen Sucht. Ante ist ein super lässiger und sehr freundlicher Mensch. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Als wären wir zu Besuch bei der Familie. Die Unterkunft war Tip Top sauber bis ins kleinste Eck und ich bin sehr pingelig! Der Ausblick ist der Hammer und der Jacuzzi draußen ein Absolutes Highlight! Es war uns jeden Cent Wert und es gibt nichts worüber wir uns beschweren könnten. Sogar trotz einer kleinen Panne die uns passiert ist war uns Ante gegenüber total freundlich und sehr fair. Macht hier unbedingt Urlaub wenn ihr Luxus mit Heimat und Entspannung verbinden wollt 🫶🏼

Die Wohnung von Dragan und Mira ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon ist umwerfend und auch nachts eignet sich der Balkon sich super, um Sterne zu gucken. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Dragan und Mira sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Whirlpool ist eine tolle Annehmlichkeit. Was aus der Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht hervorging ist, dass sie quasi offen und nur durch die Tür des unteren Wohnbereiche getrennt ist. Uns hat das nicht gestört und wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

We had the warmest welcome possible. Luciana even made supper because we arrived late. The garden is amazing and you feel and see the passion and time that is put into it. The garden is mostly edible, fresh fruit and tea are always present! It’s a little paradise of tranquility and a perfect place to visit Omis, Split or the multiple beaches all around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! Luciana is the warmest host and made us feel right at home!

We had an amazing stay at Kristina's place! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. Kristina was an exceptional host, incredibly welcoming, and always available to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. This home is ideal for a family getaway. Our kids loved the pool, trampoline, and table tennis, while we enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The location is perfect as well—situated in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, yet close to both Split and Omis. Omis, in particular, was fantastic for outdoor adventures like rafting, boating, and ziplining. We have made a countless of new memories there. Highly recommend this spot for families or couples looking for a relaxing and fun escape!

Appartement très propre, fidèle à l'annonce et bien équipé : cafetière, lave-vaiselle, sèche cheveux, chaises longues..3 grandes terrasses pour manger, profiter de la vue sur la mer et profiter du jaccuzzi. Gros plus: le garage privatif! Hrvoje est très reactif sur les demandes: nous avons eu un souci technique avec le jaccuzzi qui a été rapidement réglé. Idem pour 2 ampoules grillés qui ont été changées illico. Deux tous petits bémols: - l'appartement est à 200m de la mer avec une bonne côte à négocier (40m D+) - le jacuzzi est plus petit que sur les photos. A 4 (dont 2 enfants) c'est tout juste... Sinon le séjour s'est tres bien passé, je recommande vivement!

This place was a dream. Julija is a wonderful host. We’re thinking of coming back next year. This was our best Air B&B experience so far. From the terrace we were overlooking the water. We felt very comfortable. The place was super clean, nicely furnished, and spacious . We were on the last floor with Aircondition, which made the hot summer nights a bliss to sleep through. The beach in front of the house was dreamy, walking distance from restaurants. What can I say, thank you, Julija.🤗
