Access is for residents and renters only, you will arrive by your private boat or jump aboard the water taxi for a 10 minute ride to our dock. No cars, shops, or restaurants on the island. The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.

The Mermaid House on Wilhelm survived Milton and is still a wonderful getaway on Manasota Key. Just 120 steps to the beach with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Get the privacy of Manasota and a variety of nightlife close by on the island. The entire upper is yours with this rental. The house has a full kitchen, Smart TVs and 1 gig internet. Sit on the porch, enjoy a glass on wine and the perfect view of the gulf.

The Oz Parlor 2.9 mi beach

The Oz Parlor apartment was originally the main house of this whimsical property. It has loads of charm It is a great place to relax and Just Bee... Please note I don’t have cable TV my TVs are wireless I have Netflix, Amazon and YouTube TV Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.
