Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). Museum-hopping, Razorback Greenway access, or "laptop work getaway," Domino will work great for you! Bentonville has many superb restaurants, but we know how valuable it is to have the option of staying in. We aim for a slightly funky DIY aesthetic, as we bring some of our "Burning Man" sensibility to our home in Bentonville. We're located between the Town Square and the 8th Street Market. We're right off of the Razorback Greenway bike/walk trail & about a mile from Walmart HO.
