Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

We go to great length to make your stay easy, so that you can focus on your event. We provide made beds, linens. For the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Off street parking. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

This completely remodeled two bedroom apartment , sleeps 4. Approximate size is 540 sq ft. The living room with a smart TV and half bathroom on the 2nd floor have access to the beautiful open air deck with ocean views. The third floor is where you can find the kitchen, the two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The eastward facing bedroom has a view of the ocean.The kitchen features white soft-closing cabinets and granite countertops. A fridge, stove, and microwave are also available for your use.

Perfectly located 1.5 blocks from the beach, two blocks from the Brigantine Town Center, and a 10 minute cab ride to Atlantic City. Our house is a great place to unwind. Relax on the front porch while sipping your morning coffee with a fenced in front yard for kids and pups. Spend the day on the beach or at an event in Atlantic City. Gather for a meal with friends and family in the eat-in kitchen. Or choose to walk to one of the bars or restaurants close by. Occupancy 6 adults + kids.
