City Entrance Apartments (60m2 at the Gates of Down) was fully renovated in 2016 by a professional interior architect combining authentic details of an old building from the beginning of the 19 century, natural materials and modern features. Cozy cabin by the lake in ecological farm Kemešys

Our cabin Žvejo namelis - a great place for a group of friends, families or couples appreciating the serenity of nature, admiring the ecological lifestyle and willing to spend some time surrounded by nature. Cabin is a cozy warm traditional Lithuanian countryside log house (studio with attic) with small kitchen, bathroom/shower, a fireplace and sofa bed. One double and two single mattresses are in the attic of the house. The house has a spacious terrace linked with the footbridge to the lake.

Mūsų unikalumas tame, jog viskas padaryta kaip sau, erdvė apsupta nepurškiamomis j.serbentų plantacijomis, visa aplinka pilna gyvybės. Čia dažni svečiai gervės, gandrai, stirnos, briedžiai, augalų bei paukščių įvairovė. Sodyboje gyvena alpakos :) Dėl asmeninių švenčių kupole - teirautis.

Vila MIGLA

Vila MIGLA is in a very small village, in the Labanoras forest, near the lake Aisetas (16 km long). Ideal for wild nature and sport lovers. I personally in summer swim long distances in Aisetas. In winter: when there are good conditions, lake Aisetas is perfect for long distance (20-30 km) free stile skiing. Forest is good for classic skiing. Summer is good for gathering berries and mushrooms. Car drive to Vilnius center: 1.5 hour, to Kaunas center 2.0 hour, to Moletai and Utena 0.5 hour.

Spacious (80 sq.m.) and unique apartment with a ~35 sq.m. terrace, offering a panoramic view of the city of Kaunas. You will reside on the top floor, with no neighbors around. The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Inside the apartment itself: a fireplace, a large corner bathtub, a double bed, a stripper pole, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

It is a cozy countryside cottage by a pond in the middle of nowhere for people who would like to escape the city life and connect to nature. It has 2 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (sauna included in the price). There is also an AC, so the house can be heated in winter time. It has an outside deck to sit and watch the sunset go down behind the trees. There is a lake near by and a forest. It is a great place for families and friends to relax.

We have three lake front cabins in total in our area. Sauna Cabin is located 30meters from lake and is surrounded by forest. Amazing atmosphere for both couples Cabin comes with all necessary amenities. Cabin divided into 3 parts: Living, bedroom and toilet. Each is accesed from outside. There is charcoal grill (you only need to bring charcoal or wood) canoe, sound system: Music can be played outside until 22pm. Sauna 40€ and jacuzzi hot tub 80€. Nearest shop is 2km away.
