The villa at Kaia's place was absolutely perfect for my needs. This was a work trip to Darwin for me, but the peace and tranquillity of the property was great to come home to at the end of each day. My work colleagues joined me for the last few days and rented the Wright's Residence which is part of the same Freshwater Retreat complex, also perfect for our needs. The whole property lends itself for large groups coming together for a workplace retreat (which is what we did) or a holiday with extended family and friends. Thankyou Kaia!!

The Villa was a hidden gem in the suburbs! It felt like we were in Bali rather than the middle of Darwin. Great location, easy to find, and private. Although there are another 3 villas on the huge property and a larger house, we still had privacy and it did not feel like there were others around. The only downside was the pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos but that was not a problem - more just something to be aware of. As the other reviews have said, the outdoor bathroom is AMAZING! Attention to detail is spot on and Kaia is a super responsive host. A luxury escape in the suburbs.

Beautiful spot, very peaceful and quiet but very close to Berry Springs. Really enjoyed my stay!

This is a great holiday accommodation and you can stay there as your home, Roby is very friendly host and all the facilities are there as per the photos and the description about the place. it is less than 5 minutes drive to large shopping centre and petrol station. it's really value for money.
