Nella Riserva Naturale Punta Aderci tra vigne ed oliveti rilassati in questo alloggio tranquillo con aria condizionata, WI FI, videosorveglianza e spazio aperto recintato con barbecue, arredi esterni e terrazzo vista mare. A 5 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Mottagrossa, Punta Aderci e pista ciclabile, a 15 minuti dal centro città e parco acquatico. No animali. Tassa di soggiorno da pagare al check in. Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

All’ingresso, la cucina munita di tutti gli utensili, frigobar, ed una parte allestita unicamente per la colazione con macchina del caffè in capsule, uno spremiagrumi ed un bollitore per il tè.

The structure is located on the fourth floor (top apartment) without an elevator, but the breathtaking view of the Adriatic coast from the spacious terrace will surely make the climb up the stairs a very pleasant experience.
