Cathy was very accommodating and responsive. The original posting had the incorrect apartment number listed but she was able to correct this right away when I checked in. The apartment has some squeaky floors but was well furnished and comfortable

Oh…my…gosh! Paradise. There are beautiful and trees birds everywhere! It is quiet private clean warm and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. There are windows that let in so much light but the blinds and landscaping keep it very private. If you cook there is EVERY implement and dish you might need! Lots of free coffee bubble bath and a lovely fireplace. You need a car to get into town but Independence Albany Corvallis are all within 10-20 minutes. It is also a GREAT deal. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at the River House multiple times in the past, now the house has been beautifully updated with a new deck, hot tub and furnishings. The home is even more comfortable than before. It was very hard to leave and we look forward to our next visit.

Nina’s place was a great place to stay! We were in town with friends to attend a baseball game. While it’s not walkable to campus or downtown it was perfect for our friends/family with plenty of outdoor space in the yard and the outdoor fireplace with a large table. 5-minute drive to campus for games and door dash found it just fine as well!

We had a fantastic one night stay, too bad we were just passing through, as the backyard, fire pit and hot tub looked so inviting. Thank you for having us

Great place. Very clean and quiet. The host was very responsive to questions and any issues that came up. There was a garage for the car, which was a nice bonus and plenty of room in the apartment. The price was right especially given the space and convenience to grocery stores, gas station and amenities. Would definitely stay there again.
