This is a Turn of the Century Victorian Home. It was built in 1900, we are the 3rd owners. It has been well loved and given a new look. It is our desire to share this with unique space with everyone. You will have a warm and inviting space to relax in. Upgrades include an extensive water filtration system and thermostatic shower controls. Guests especially love the clawfoot tub (unless mobility is an issue) with rainfall showerhead.

This historic 1910 farmhouse is very well maintained with original beautiful hardwood floors, woodwork, built-ins and windows, situated on 4.5 acres less than 1.5 miles from downtown Marion and on the edge of Cedar Rapids. In town for a sporting event? The property is 10 minutes from Tuma Soccer Complex and Prospects Meadows. There are lots of trees and the privacy will make you forget you are still in the city. The Boyson Trail is accessible through the neighborhood across Boyson Rd.
