Lovely private apartment. The self serve key-less entrance to the apartment is up the home's original staircase from the front door. The one bedroom has a king size bed and a single cot. The bathroom is updated with a large tub with shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans. The smart tv contains Netflix , Crave that you can login in the bedroom and the TV in the living room has Shaw Direct and Apple TV .

A place to relax in winter in front of the gas stove with a beautiful view of the Otonabee River. In summer enjoy a swim or a paddle on on the river with one of our two kayaks. The kayaks are available between May 1st & October 1st as long as the river conditions are acceptable. Enjoy supper prepared using the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the river. Nature enthusiasts welcome. We offer a large campsite complete with dock on a private nature reserve. Stay in a converted/restored century tourist cabin/hunt camp on the edge of Provincially Significant Wetlands & Woodlands and overlook 5 pristine acres of wetlands off the Pigeon River in the heart of the Kawarthas. All this is set on a 55 acre organic farm. We have a 10 kw solar panel, native plant nursery as well as heritage breed cattle, turkeys and chickens.

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
