Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

Alicia's place was cozy and comfortable, and the view of the river was gorgeous. A beautiful area, nice and quiet, but still quick and easy to get to local towns. We hope to stay here again the next time we're visiting family.

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. Jayne and Steve’s place is beautiful! Spotless, cozy accommodations in a gorgeous location. We stayed there the night before the solar eclipse to travel to totality and it was both convenient and comfortable. We would love to come back for some hiking and hope to book again!

We loved it here. Quiet and amazing sunrise view. We ended up extending our stay a week longer. Lindsay was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay.

The place was great. It is right on a river and walking path and very close to town. The amenities were great. The place was clean, and Ruth was extremely responsive.

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The unit was spacious, clean and cozy. Loved the old time feel of the place. Suzanne was very proactive and responsive to all our needs. We plan on booking here again later in the season.

We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

This is an incredibly comfortable and remarkably well equipped lakefront house. Plenty of kitchen supplies and tools to keep the cooks happy, and all of the water gear anyone could ask for. We especially appreciated the large porch overlooking the lake. Close to the busy road (as was described in the listing), but blocked off and made visually private by fencing. Owners incredible, responding almost instantly, warmly, and generously.

We had an awesome stay at this cozy, comfortable cottage—perfect for two families after a full day on the slopes. Every afternoon, we came back to the quiet and warmth of the cabin, made great meals in the super-cute kitchen, built a fire in the wood stove, and played board games around the big table. The kids loved the bunk room (especially having their own book lights!), and everything was easy to find and use. The shower was great, the space was inviting and there were many thoughtful touches such as plenty of hooks for hanging ski gear! We really appreciated how the family updated the cabin while keeping its historic charm. Such a great spot—would absolutely stay again! Thanks for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a mother daughter weekend end of March. Great location for each of us coming from different states in New England. The home was very clean, each of us commented on how comfortable the beds were, also loved the good quality linens. The huge dining table was unique for a rental and was awesome for sharing meals and doing arts & crafts. Lots of space and seating in the living room as well. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great vacation at the Mirror Lake house. Very spacious, clean, great location, perfect outdoor patio area with a lake view. We loved the entire east side of the house was large windows with so much lake to look at. Nadia and family were great hosts, very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay at the lakehouse again.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Christine's place was the perfect home base for hiking and other activities in the area. It's cozy, well-located, and offers beautiful views from a screened-in porch that's right on the water. I'd happily stay here again!

The accommodation is impeccable, everything is very clean and organized, there is no cigarette smell (most hotels have that smell), it’s very well located, the hotel offers plenty of activities, and the room view is beautiful! I recommend it 100%!

Rick was an exceptional host. This is I believe our third or second time staying at one his places and we of course loved it! Rick was very good about messaging us to make sure we were all checked in and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay with Rick again and recommend him to our loved ones and friends! Roberta's place was perfect! We come up to Lincoln often and have stayed at many different places and I must say that this location is the best -- it took us one minute to get to Loon! The view is spectacular -- I love sitting on the couch, reading, while I look up and see the Pemi river. It is so very peaceful. Inside, you will find all the amenities you could need - every room is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy, and if you appreciate a nice cozy blanket while sitting next to the fire, you will find one in every bedroom! Roberta was very friendly and responsive. My daughter and I decided to extend our stay by one day, and she immediately got back to me, making the process seamless. I highly recommend this place!!

The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Love this place 2nd time coming here. We had an amazing stay amenities were just as described. Jacuzzi was by far my favorite. The arcade room is great. The family room in lobby feels like home. Place is super clean throughout. Definitely returning. Thanks Rick 😊
