We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

Reservation: It was a breeze. Ms Raq is very considerate specially that she knew about my in-laws coming with us so she transferred us to a room with 2 beds. Checking-In: Ms Raq greeted us in the reception area, helped us process the check-in and guide us on what to do afterwards. Room: Ms Jackie (comrade of Ms Raq) welcomed us in the condo unit and turned over the keys. The place is located facing the road and nearer the beach and parking. The room has 2 beds with extra foldable bed. Complete kitchen utensils. Pico De Loro Facilities: The beach and pool is great. There's a carousel that you can ride for free and around the place. There are restaurants and recreational area for the guest to enjoy.

What made our experience even more memorable was the warmth and kindness of the caretakers. 💖 Their attentiveness and hospitality truly added a layer of comfort and joy to our stay. This place is not just a recommendation but a must-visit! It’s perfect for families looking for a staycation 👌🏽

The place was great, just a bit of sign of wear and tear over the years but still a great place to stay. It was the perfect size for our family and plenty of room for all of us.

First of all, Ms Leticia is truly a great host, very responsive and considerate and her representative Kuya Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable with his job 😊 The location of the house is about 2km from the highway, so it isn't truly commute-friendly but if you like cozy, peaceful, & quiet place, then this is it! House is equipped with all we ever needed even coffee maker & a functional oven. Too bad the ice-maker was acting up during our stay🥲 But the hot water in the tap in the sinks are very useful and the AC in the living room is super efficient. Although, one of the room's AC didn't have the remote so we had to manually operate. Our daughters enjoyed the board games, videoke, billiards, darts, jacuzzi, hammock & the surround sound of the TV 😁 Overall, our stay in Ms.Letecia's was another memorable NYE experience in the bag ❤️ (oh, there were little ants that's quick to invade, those fast thin ones not the thick red kind. Also, don't forget your mosquito repellent)

Gabby’s Farm - Narra Villa has breathtaking views of Taal and Mt Makiling. It is an extraordinary bahay kubo, especially at night; it illuminates the nature. The whole place is very neat and clean. The host and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely we will book again soon. Thank you!

Thank you! We enjoy the place, ates/madams are very helpful offering everything and they are always cleaning the area. The place is very spacious. I hole that you change the check in and check out time depending on tides, because when we arrived we cannot enjoyed swimming in the front beach since it is very high tide with too much waves that makes water not clear until afternoon low tide. But when we check out at 10am the water in front beach is very calm and very clear water but we need to check out on time so we did not enjoyed the front beach. But very satisfied with the place! Will find this again soon!

Truly a one of a kind escape. If you are looking for a private resort, just you and your loved ones or friends, and no other guests, beautiful surroundings, peaceful, large sprawling property, only 2.5 hours from Manila --- then this is the place for you. I came with family, relatives, all eleven of us. Most importantly, my elderly Mom who is in a wheelchair was accommodated with care. The boat ride on a decent size banka was only 5 minutes or so, and there were enough people to lift her in her wheelchair in and out of the banka. The house caretakers were so friendly and responsive. Preci went to the market for us daily, bought fresh prawns, crabs, fish, etc. The chef was not available due to holy week. But we were able to cook easily in the well stocked large kitchen. The rooms for each cotttage were very large and comfortable to fit a lot more than the 11 in our trip. The 3 dogs (2 labs, one golden) were super friendly and playful. The pictures speak for themselves. Beautiful

Had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host and staff were super responsive and made check-in easy and smooth. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt really comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

It’s clear why Maria’s place consistently gets five star reviews. The location is excellent, remote and just steps from the beach yet with good roads that are accessible to any vehicle. The property is beautiful and relaxing, we loved the pool so much! The casita we rented had its own fenced in area so it was perfect for our dog. The barbecue grill was well stocked with a crate full of charcoal which we made good use of. They also provided restaurant quality meals to their guests, made by Maria’s husband JV. We had the gambas, the pasta with pesto and on the last night we ordered the hand tossed pepperoni pizza, all of it was amply portioned and absolutely delicious! We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!

Cham’s home was large and comfortable. We were supposed to be 6-7 pax but ended up being 4 only. The attic gets hot in the afternoon even with aircon on, but the basement was pleasingly cool all throughout. The place is clean and well maintained. The location is only a few minutes walk to the Windmills cafe. Cham and Abegail were attentive hosts. We would love to stay here again.

Very nice and relaxing place. It’s very fun that there is a whole separate KTV room as well as a great pool to spend time on. They were pretty strict with the kitchenware but understandable. Overall, the place is a very cozy place for a large group.

Had a great overnight stay - clean and organized place, all necessities provided, every amenity listed is available, excellent WiFi connection, host is very accommodating and easy to reach out to and the Taal View right at your window is the selling point! We'll certainly grab the opportunity to book the unit when we visit Tagaytay again.

Ms Anna & Dunhill's place is absolutely warm and welcoming. The description matched the actual unit! what we love the most is the convenient parking! 🥰 it is beside the unit, its very accomodating and its a free parking! the unit has a great view of the taal. Their aircon is cold and the wifi is quick! it's very well maintained and worth the price! my only suggestion would be is, if you can add a doormat outside the CR, so the floor wont be wet after using the CR and would be great if you could put a fragrant spray in the unit so it could maintain the freshness scent 😊 other than that, its all good! the unit is worth the price! really really love the parking!! i will definitely book this unit again! and btw, ms Beth is responsive on behalf of the owner though i understand that ms Anna & Dunhill are in Canada so the communication I have with the owners has a huge time difference yet ms Beth filled out the gap 😊 Thanks again!
