New condo, 4 minutes walk to Eagle beach. Sleeps 4

The condo is 350 meters or 380 yards from the Aruba’s famous Eagle beach, which was ranked 4th Best Beach in the World by Tripadvisor in 2018. The condo is located in a gated community with 24 hour security called The Pearl Condo Hotel. King bed in the bedroom and the Queen sofa sleeper in the living room this condo can accommodate a family of 4. Internet Wifi, flat screen TV, A/C, fully equipped kitchen. Pool, Jacuzzi, covered patios with dining tables and BBQ grills, front desk, restaurant.

Located in the "Beverly Hills" of Aruba. This completely renovated property is across the street from what most would consider some of the best beaches in the world. Boca catalina is steps from the property with Arubas best snorkeling area, and Arashi beach is walking distance as well. Property has 4 units with complete independent entrances. Garden is a relaxation heaven with beautiful plants and laid back pool area. Plenty of free parking on-site.
