Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. Sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside & sunsets, curl up and read by the fire place, stroll through the farm and meet our friendly goats and miniature cattle. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.
