Our yurt at Stillhouse Farm offers a private setting. Less than 5 miles from W&L+VMI. The spring fed creek can be heard from the deck along with owls, turkey, and other wildlife. Plenty of outdoor space on the deck, outdoor fireplace, and under pavilion. The high speed internet makes for an ideal getaway where you can still work, if necessary. Entire Country Cottage guesthouse / Very Private

Gloriously private without feeling secluded, this charming guesthouse was totally updated in 2019. Enjoy the peace and quiet. Go for a walk or bike ride on the 28 plus acres or pretty rural lanes. 2.5 miles away is Lake Robertson for activities . Sit on the porch too! On a snowy night, enjoy the wd-burning fireplace . (We will often leave fireplace prepared to light. Gas heating also). Get cozy with the full kitchen, washer/dryer, games and books. DirecTv in the living room and bedroom. too!

Tipi with a great view of the Blue Ridge Mountains

Our small family farm is conveniently located 10 minutes from Interstates 81/64 and historic Lexington, Virginia. The Tipi has amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and all the wonders our little farm and community has to offers. We are convenient to many local attractions like hiking, swimming, brewery and vineyard tours and yet secluded enough to heal your stress, enjoy time with your family or simply a special time away from the grind. Guest House in the Valley

Our guest house is only a few minutes away from Historic Lexington. The house has one master bedroom with a king size bed. We have a fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer, and full bathroom. We are also close to the Appalachian Trail, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Virginia Military Institute, Washington and Lee University, and the Virginia Horse Center. The house provides great views and a place to relax either on the back porch, the front deck, or a walk through the surrounding area.

Escape to rural Virginia. Secluded yurt with private deck, composting toilet & driveway. Set in a beautiful, peaceful, environment. Hot showers & flush toilets are 215 steps away. Wilderness area farm five miles from VMI and W&L in Lexington, Virginia. A natural spring fed creek runs through the property about 1/2 mile frontage- great for fishing which is available to guests. Fronts route 76 national bike route (Plank Road) a bikers paradise. Four mountain bikes available for guests. Spectacular natural views- fields, mountains, river and cliffs. Property include use of large outdoor spaces, decks, porches, fire pit and picnic tables. Dogs welcome!!

Welcome to The Maury River Treehouse! This luxury timber frame cabin sits on the banks of the Maury River. The Treehouse was built almost entirely by local craftsmen this is a must see! Located 9 miles from Lexington, Washington & Lee and Virginia Military Institute. It's a fisherman's friend, paddlers paradise or just a relaxing retreat! Little Cabin in the Woods is quiet and secluded!

Enjoy our rustic, cozy, historic log cabin in the woods on 21 acres with two streams and a little meadow. The logs, from the 1800's, were reconfigured 17 years ago combining a rich history with high speed internet and modern amenities. Sink into the luscious bed with totally organic sheets, mattress topper, and pillows. Take a walk on the original wagon train road down to a stream or bath your senses in the majestic view of Jump Mountain from the meadow.
