Nestled near Central Kentucky Wildlife Reserve, The Nest offers an entire upper floor for one price with two private rooms: Chickadee’s Nest (queen) & Sparrow's Nest (king and trundle), a Gathering room with a sleeper sofa, Paris Coffee Room, bird bath (bathroom), bird perch (deck), wifi, monitor/cable in each room. Boasting two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, living room and outdoor living space, this newly built unit is sure to create lasting fun memories. Located directly on Lake Herrington in a no wake zone cove. Shared dock access with home owners . IMPORTANT: During late fall and winter the winter level makes the dock unusable. Water returns to summer pool level by spring for boating season.
