We had an amazing time at this beautiful house on Smith Lake! The property was even more stunning in person, with plenty of space and the perfect blend of comfort and style. The dock was absolutely huge and offered a breathtaking view of the lake—definitely the highlight of our trip. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or watching the sunset, it was the perfect spot to relax. The location was also fantastic—peaceful and serene, yet super convenient. We were only about 10 minutes from the nearest Dollar General and gas station, which made getting supplies or running errands so easy. It truly felt like the perfect balance of getting away from it all, while still being close enough to everything we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful home & location! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! The lake access is a bit of steep walk (we knew this ahead of time), we didn’t have any issues with it, but it wouldn’t be ideal for older guests or people with mobility issues. The pool was beautiful and clean! Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place! The kids especially enjoyed the pool — it was a major highlight and made the trip even more fun. The home is secluded, which gave us peace and privacy, and the thoughtful touches throughout made it feel extra special. The bathroom was stunning, and the sauna was such a great bonus. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just beautiful. Although we had to travel an hour to Huntsville for our activities, we didn’t mind the drive at all because we knew we were coming back to such a wonderful home. The host was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful spot on Smith Lake! We had 12 in our family reunion and all slept very comfortably. There is a huge back porch with solo stove fire pit which is perfect after a day out on the water. The dock is really big and fun to hang out, plus they have some water equipment-kayaks, SUP boards and a lily pad for sun bathing. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Our family stayed at Jonathan’s place during Thanksgiving week and loved it! The home looked nice in the photos, but the home and the property are so much prettier in person! The neighborhood fantastic. Furnishings and amenities were clean, well cared for and nicely maintained. We felt very relaxed from the moment we arrived and it was easy to settle in. There are tons of windows in the home with beautiful views out of all of them. The home sits on a large point, so you have water views from nearly every window. Jonathan was a great host. Always responded promptly. Something come up during our stay and he helped to resolve it quickly. We sat out on the porch nearly every day, our sons used the kayaks and we spent a lot of time around the fire pit. I loved the wooden walkway that goes the whole length of this neighborhood along the lakeshore. Sometimes, I walked it a couple times a day. Porch TV was broken. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Would love to stay again!

Such an amazing and beautiful property. Our daughters loved the turf yard for games and the views were breathtaking from the pool. This is one of, if not the most amazing Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. Hosts were very responsive and great to deal with. Can’t wait to make another trip down to Crane Hill!

I am and all my team very thankfull with the host, since Turo made a mistake with the translation and the host helped us (we were a team of 18 people) to get it resolved. We came for a contest at the NASA, we are students from Peru and we were very worried about the issue because we all saved our money for months to come to this beautiful country and participate for this contest. But the host was very helpfull and was very understandable. I recommend to everybody to come to this house since the neighborhood is very quiet and you can have nice walks at night. Also if you like to walk 15 minutes away you will find nice restaurants and a Walmart. There is also a gas station in front of the house. All my team were very happy with the house, the beds were very confortable as well. Thank you so much and if we come back next year, we will definatetly rent here again.

This place was amazing and totally worth the money. The rooms were big with big bands and lots and lots of room. By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in would totally recommend.

Probably the our best stay at a AirBnB rental. We were more than happy with the house, area, amenities, everything. The communication was heads down the best with extremely fast replies to all my questions. The house had everything we need for our family of 6. Everytime I thought "I wonder if they have this...?" sure enough they would!!! Highly highly recommend this gem of a location. Thanks for allowing us to make some good memories Nicole and Shawn!!!

#1 on our list of most comfortable and cozy homes we’ve stayed in. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and serene. Neighbors but with enough trees to ensure privacy. Host was very proactive and helpful. *caveat, there is no “close” grocery store, etc. so stop on your way in to get what you want. Easy access to water, fire pit was a hit with the s’mores crowd. We would definitely book again when called back to the area.

Really enjoyed this stay with family. Was a nice quiet place to hang out for a weekend while doing a few things around Cullman.

Great place to make memories with a large group! So cute and not at all cookie cutter, you feel like you are at a relatives lakehouse and are welcomed home!

Kayla was super responsible, helpful, flexible and accommodating. The house was clean, as described and perfect for a few families to stay for a basketball tournament. The only complaint I have is we wanted to grill our back but the grill was not clean which was unfortunate but not a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful long weekend with our son’s family and 4 grandchildren. Everyone loved the kayaks, lily pad, dock swings and toys were perfect for our grandchildren. The porch and porch swing were lovely. The sunset was beautiful. The lake level was getting low this time of year and the bottom of the lake was muddy, but we lily pad kept our feet off the bottom😊. We rented a boat one day and went tubing. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this property. The host, Claire was very accommodating. Thank you.

Leigh Anne was an amazing host! She was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. The delicious cinnamon rolls she left as a welcome gift were such a sweet treat! The home was even more beautiful than the pictures! Every room was gorgeous, cozy and felt so well thought out. We had our family Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed (pots,pans, cutting boards, knives, serving utensils etc). The property was breath taking. There were so many places to hike, fish, relax, play and soak it all in! It was an amazing trip (my sister got engaged on the trip so that was special too)!! We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

Charming, comfortable, squeaky clean home. Host was responsive and welcoming. Easy access from I-65. Lovely and quiet setting with hosts' farm across the street. Spent one night on our way to Florida. Wished we could have stayed longer!

The house is beautiful, plenty spacious and very comfortable with everything needed. Clean, plenty of towels, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Lovely setting, and due to recent rain a beautiful waterfall coming off the hillside and running under the bridge as you come into the parking area of the house added to the experience. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the view of the lake. Still cool outside, so we didn’t swim, but it was a lovely place to get together with my family for a wonderful weekend! Certainly recommend and we will visit again!

We had an absolutely perfect 3 days and nights at this beautiful lakeside retreat—even with the rain! The cozy, well-stocked home was the ideal setting for two sisters and our kids to relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories. The views of the lake were stunning, and we loved curling up inside with board games, switch games, and s’mores around the fire pit while it rained. The host thought of everything: from comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like extra blankets and plenty of games for the kids. When the rain let up, we explored the serene outdoor space and took in the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere. It was exactly the getaway we needed—quiet, clean, inviting, and filled with charm. Rain or shine, this place is magic. We can’t wait to come back!
