Just a short drive (about 10-15 min) to Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen Park, Villa del Sol is a great beach escape with plenty of parking, as well as access to the community pool (open 5/27 - 9/5). Rehoboth Beach is also just 5 miles away, or you can go shopping at the nearby Tanger Outlets. Walk to Bushel’s or Crooked Hammock Brewery for dinner, or cook something up with enough room to seat the whole family!

There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Is a perfect spot for having a great time with family, friends or couples. Sandpiper Village its located between Rehoboth Beach (3.5miles) and Lewes (4 miles). The Winkler

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Come stay at our favorite little beachtown condo in Lewes! This 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation! You will be just a few miles to the beach and outlet malls, have access to the community pools (May-Sept), park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules.

For years, we searched for the perfect beach getaway: secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. We found it! Our beach home is ideally situated on Broadkill Beach's SOUTH side (the North side has a higher density of houses [i.e. more people on the beach]; the SOUTH side offers a more exclusive beach experience with no crowds). It's just you, the sand, and the sea - the quintessential beach escape.
