This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower.
