3Br Centrally located, spacious suite, with desk

This is a large bright, centrally located basement suite with a private entrance, separate furnace, and dedicated off-street parking. There are 3 bedrooms each with a closet. There is a large kitchen that flows through to the dining and living room area. The location can't be beaten! Centrally located means the coulees are a 10-minute walk, the College is a 5-minute drive, the University is a 15-minute drive, hospital and palliative care are a 5-minute walk and shopping is in every direction.

Bright Walk-Out Suite - Kitchenette & Amazing View

An upscale home in a desirable westside neighbourhood backing onto a beautiful pond. Nicholas Sheran Lake is only minutes away with a stunning park setting and frisbee golf course. Bike in the coulees or walk the trails to the river. Plus, the University is only a short commute by bike or bus. Take some time to enjoy the Canadian Rockies at Waterton Lakes National Park with incredible mountain views and outdoor activities. (just over an hour west) or venture north 2+ hours to Calgary and Banff.

2-Bedroom Suite in South Lethbridge

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This basement suite includes two queen size beds, a full eat-in kitchen, and spacious living room. It is close to tons of parks and walking paths, including Henderson Lake. It is walking distance from the Lethbridge Exhibition grounds, with a variety of restaurants, stores, and the hospital, within a 5 minute drive. Loads of storage, laundry, and a play pen available if needed. We also offer free wifi and cable TV.

Private Suite with a Hot Tub close to University.

Welcome to Home Away from Home! This is a spacious 2 bedroom suite with 4 piece bathroom and comfortable living room with kitchenette. Please note it is not a full kitchen. It's bright and clean with lots of big windows allowing natural light to fill the cozy space. Step into the backyard Hot Tub Sanctuary where a private and covered hot tub awaits. NO PARTIES! NO PETS! Read Our Reviews! Upscale area of Sixmile. South side of Lethbridge.Spacious basement suite was purposefully designed for short term stays.Bright suite has large windows. Enjoy a touch of luxury in the suite with: rare "leathered" granite countertops, two separate bathroom vanities and, ultra comfortable memory foam mattresses. The suite is thoughtfully appointed and includes a full kitchen, washer, dryer and independent (guest controlled) heat and hot water!

Private Basement in South Lethbridge

Private, spacious, clean, separate entrance with self check-in. Ample street parking, full bathroom, bedroom, NEW fridge (fall 2023), microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, and hot plate. The entire basement to yourself! Extra floor mattress or couch with bedding upon request. Walking distance to restaurants, liquor stores, bars, movie theatre, parks, and the coulees. Great location, easy access to highways for day trips to Waterton, Crowsnest Pass, Fernie, Montana etc.
