We had a gorgeous few days at Florence's beach house over the school holidays. It was the perfect base for a friend and I to explore with the kids in tow. Somers is such a hidden gem and Florence's place is well positioned walking distance to the beach and the delightful Sommers General store - great coffee and all the gourmet provisions you need for your stay. Also very easy location to explore other Peninsula highlights such as the Hot Springs and Enchanted Adventure at Arthurs seat! The beach house was gorgeous t come home to- really nicely styled and big bush block and outdoor fire pit were an added bonus. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next trip!

Beautiful base for exploring the Eastern Dandenongs. Very well-equipped house with super comfy beds and couch! Great jacuzzi. Kane and Brooke were very responsive. Would definitely recommend. Only sorry we didn’t bring bikes as the 15km Eastern Dandenong Trail is on the doorstep. We did walk into Cockatoo one day and Gembrook another though.

Fantastic spacious property. Clean and tidy. Really well equipped kitchen. We were only staying overnight as part of a road trip, but I could imagine it would be a great place to stay for longer.

Fantastic venue. My partner and I booked this quiet getaway to celebrate new years. It had the peace and quiet we were after. The host was also very accommodating answering any questions we had. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a great and reaponsive host. 5/5 stars.

Our hosts had thought of everything from the supply of dog bowls, pristine dog beds and everything else you'd need for your beloved dog. Our dog Ivy was right at home from the moment she arrived. Our family had a wonderful Easter; the room layout suited us with our two adult children and their partners. The outdoor eating space allowed us to socialise in what is effectively the second living space, and the outdoor spa was a real treat after a long day of beach walks and relaxing. All beds were incredibly comfortable, plentiful hot water for showers and an easy walking distance to the beach and Somers General Store.

Beautiful place to stay. Bed was super comfy. Living area nice and spacious with comfy couch. Could sit and take in that view all day. You will find it hard to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly cozy. One of the absolute highlights was the spa tub — the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. It was clean, spacious, and made the whole experience feel extra luxurious. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything but still quiet enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just a short walk or drive away. Liz was also very responsive and thoughtful, making check-in seamless and the whole stay stress-free. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a bit of indulgence!

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

We stayed here before and after our wedding. What a little slice of paradise. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the birds in the morning was a lovely reminder to slow down and soak in this beautiful place. Direct access to the winery and only a short 10 minute drive from our wedding venue. The rooms are fantastic and bathrooms are just something else! Beautiful home and beautiful host. Amazing location, easy walk to the beach, close to both Cowes and the Penguin Parade. Exactly as described and host was very responsive.

A great spot just a short walk from the dog beach and the home is comfortable and a lovely spot to relax. Just note the property is not fully fenced if you are bringing a dog. Great communication and a lovely part of the world to holiday.

Cute cottage, comfortable and had a lot of amenities provided. If only there was wifi provided (I knew there wasn't going in, but I do wish it could have). Really easy communication and assistance with things eg the gas ran out so she replaced the bottle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My little daughter didn't want to leave! She loved the bunk bed. It was a bit tricky to find, and my Maps app wasn't working properly. I was able to call Willeke on the way, and she guided me there. Willeke was very welcoming and said she was available if we needed anything. The cottage was comfortable, clean, private and quiet. Beautiful surrounds, nice and dark and quiet at night-time. There was space for our medium sized sedan and hatch to park side-by-side. Outdoor area with table on the grass was peaceful. Coffee machine with pods was much enjoyed. Thankyou! My daughter was asking when we will go back again!

We loved our stay at the cottage! it looked even better than the photos, felt so cosy and was litteraly in front of the beach. Self check-in made the all experience easier, and value for price is great. We'll definitely be back

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful views of the water, looks even nicer than the pictures and the house is fully stocked with everything you could want for a nice weekend on Phillip Island. We watched the water, wallabies, bunnies and birds from the deck, ventured into town a bit, saw the penguins and koalas and had an all around great time. Debbie graciously offered us a late check out and left us some nice goodies for our arrival. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Cute little cottage. Comfy beds. Very clean We didn't do any cooking while we were there but the kitchen was very well appointed. Really enjoyed our stay in Karens cottage and would highly recommend it as a great place to stay

We had three days spare when visiting Melbourne and found Natalie and Philip's place available, not too far from Wilsons Prom and at a good price. The dirt road leading to the house was in good condition, the house is charming and very well equipped, Philip gave us a warm welcome, even though we came well after dark. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, so bring the food and drinks you need. We absolutely loved the house and enjoyed our interaction with Philip, Daisy the blind dog and the chooks. A very peaceful and special place.

Lovely location to stay if you want to explore South Gippsland esp Wilsons Prom:) I really enjoyed the stay over the long weekend - peaceful surroundings and homey environment. Lisa is very responsive and offers very great advice around local cafes - I really love it!! Definitely would love to book again in future:)

Nina’s cottage provided an amazing get away. Plenty to do, spent 2 nights but could definitely have spent many more. Nina sent across a lovely message with a bunch of recommendations on arrival day. Very responsive to our messages and accommodating for arrival and departure logistics

Naomi was a wonderful host! The Forest cottage was in a serene location and was a great place to unwind for the weekend. It was a short drive to some beautiful towns in the Dandenong and the sound of the kookaburras and the bubbling creek was a lovely soundscape to kick off our relaxing stay!
