Goditi una vacanza meravigliosa nel cuore del centro storico di Fiumicino; a 150 metri dall’appartamento raggiungerai via della Torre Clementina (via cult del litorale); qui troverai i migliori ristoranti di pesce, enoteche e pizzerie; sono presenti inoltre bar, negozi di alimentari, tabacchi e farmacie. La casa si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus (Cotral) per l'aeroporto di Fiumicino e la Stazione Ferroviaria. Pochi minuti a piedi per le spiagge attrezzate durante l'estate.

Cozy openspace near the sea

Openspace with garden, 48 mq, on the ground floor. Night zone with double bed (Queen size), kitchen with all the necessary, living-room with sofa-bed and TV, bathroom furnished with towels and soaps, a private garden furnished with table, chairs, a big umbrella and barbeque. Air conditioning available in the summer months. Distant 8 minutes by car from the airport Leonardo da Vinci, and around 15 minutes from Fiera di Roma. Particular attention in the disinfection of the most touched surfaces.

Perfetto per famiglie e amici! Benvenuti nella nostra grande casa, ristrutturata ed arredata con gusto al CENTRO di uno dei quartieri PIU' BELLI ED ELEGANTI DI ROMA, CASALPALOCCO, immerso nel verde! Controlla la mappa tra le foto seguenti, è a Casalpalocco solo se dentro la mappa, se fuori non è Casalpalocco. Ad un minuto dal shopping c. LeTerrazze con negozi, supermercato, ristoranti. Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!

Splendido attico con vista Colosseo

Delizioso alloggio turistico situato vicino ad una delle sette meraviglie del mondo: il Colosseo. A 50 metri dalla metropolitana e a pochi passi dallo shopping romano e dal divertimento notturno. Balcone con vista mozzafiato sulla città eterna. L’appartamento si trova al quinto piano e dispone di cucina, soggiorno, aria condizionata, bagno con vasca e camera da letto matrimoniale.
