Built in 1896, and utilized by the Presbyterian Church until 1950. This house has a lot of history with space for all your needs. Whether you are a large family, hosting a get together for the weekend, or here on business this house has everything you need. Walking distance to downtown provides easy access to exciting bars and restaurants, the Croswell Opera House, Chaloners, local farmers market, and shops. House is centrally located to many lakes in the area and 45 min. drive to Ann Arbor.

Newer smoker/grill ready to be used for barbecue on expansive deck. Kayaks available for free to use. Smart TVs on each floor. Internet is available but is not always reliable due to our more rural location. Beautiful great lake with lots of fish to catch! This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

The property lake access is located over a 10ft easment just after the 1 story navy blue cottage and before the 2 story yellow cottage when you head 3 cottages to the left out of the front door. This property does not allow pets and is completely non-smoking. Please see our house rules.
