Home away from home

Open floor plan on a wooded lot. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, great room. Large deck over looks the yard and into the woods where the deer like to play. Close to Hershey, Lancaster and Gettysburg. Great places to eat within minutes. Queit neighborhood with some great views if your in the mood for a walk. Apartment on the bottom floor is occupied by my son and his cat while he attends PennState. He has separate parking and entrance. The only interaction with keegan would be if asked

The Inn- Newly Renovated Designer Furnished

Newly renovated home features all of the modern amenities families enjoy. A large island for entertaining, a dining table seating 8, large living room, a bright sunroom with plenty of seating, as well as a sun porch with a bistro table & chairs, outdoor seating, & 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs each has a queen size bed. The home is a minute's walk from our popular home decor boutique, Gray Apple Market. A 10 minute drive to downtown York & other popular destinations such as the York Fairgrounds.

State College Sojourn

Just over 1 mile north of campus in a lovely neighborhood! One block from N. Atherton St., and convenient to everything. Walk to dozens of restaurants, hop a bus to campus, or take the bike trail to the stadium, arboretum, & parks. Huge sun room, an ideal entertainment & gathering space! Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! Rates vary based on demand for prime weekends.

Grandma’s Corner. Early 1900's restored home.

This charming East Broadtop Railroad home, built in the 1900’s, has been restored. House includes washer/dryer. 2 full baths. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Walking distance to the Historical East Broadtop Railroad and Trolley. Short distance to Lake Raystown,and State College. Beautiful golf course within 12 miles. Grocery store and restaurants near by. Quaint town for walking and sightseeing. House is unoccupied (large yard, gift shop on property and playground across the street).

Entire House - Historic Midtown - Quiet|Cozy|Clean

Quiet, cozy, clean. Entire house, in Historic Midtown. Pristine home with just the right balance of classical architecture and modern conveniences. Private backyard with kitchen garden and cafe-style seating. Walkable neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants, craft brewery, Italian bakery, independent bookstore, farmers market and more (see section on neighborhood). Free street parking. If parking is a challenge, contact me for directions to free lot parking around the corner.

The Warm and Cozy Cottage - Whole House!

The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Cozy Comfort (STR22-00040)

This home never fails to surprise our guests with its character and amenities. It's close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife, and the city center. A very cheerful neighborhood. Our place is good for groups, families with kids, couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Literally across the street from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc, and just a few hundred yards from Public pool. Ask about blocked dates too!!! Please, NO PARTIES ever!!!

A unique space just for you in a peaceful setting surrounded by wildlife and open air. Relax and rejuvenate as you experience the breathtaking views on the front porch. Lots of nature around you! This house has all the amenities you will need to enjoy some time in a country setting. Pickleball, Basketball court, outdoor shuffleboard, outdoor kitchen with 2 grills and griddle. Spacious 4 Bedroom family home on 3 private acres on hilltop. 1.5 miles from Shy Beaver Boat launch in James Creek. Beautiful views out every window. Sunset view of Cove Mountain from large deck and firepit. Plenty of yard space for kids to run around or for boat parking. Covered patio for those rainy days. 200 Channel Cable on 4 TVs including 75" Smart TV, and Zoom quality Gig internet on all 3 Floors. Well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and AC.

Stay in a Modern Mountain House!

This mountain house is located at an elevation of +2,900 feet; hands down, The Midway Chalet is the premier vacation chalet on Blue Knob Mountain and all of West Central PA! Located in a residential section of the Blue Knob ski area, the quiet of the mountains surrounds our privately-owned house. Our home has four (4) bedrooms and a bunk room that will accommodate up to 3 families or a group of up to a max of 10 adults.

Charming estate located on 2 flat acres directly on the water. Fast wifi. Minutes from downtown Lewisburg, voted a top small town in the USA. Home to Bucknell Univ. Fully renovated with open spaces, modern amenities, central AC, equipped kitchen. Free parking, lots of outdoor space for kids activities, adventure, or relaxing. Sofa bed also available. Bring pets with small fee. No pets on furniture or upstairs.
